Sebastian is indeed a plumbing warrior! He was honest and on point with the rotted cast iron drain line we had in our house. He went above and beyond in not only fixing the issue, but also corrected other issues we had in an efficient manner. Sebastian quote was also very reasonable when in comparison with other corporate owned business operations.

I looked around and called numerous plumbers in the DFW area. J.A. Flores plumbing had the best rates and was able to get right out to my house for an emergency leak. My issue was fixed in less than one day when others weren't able to get out to me for a few days.

Also, I read a review on this page about a lawsuit against statewide. Since Statewide cant post a rebuttle to the bad review below I will. Statewide was not contracted by the reviewer posted that slammed statewide and suid Statewide. Statewide was contracted to replace boilers by the previous owner, not this angies list reviewer. The new owner sued statewide and lost because he didnt own the house at the time of the installation and was buying the building after the fact. Also, the house didnt have very much baseboard copper piping so the house was cold because the baseboard was too small. Anyone who knows heating knows a boiler needs enough pipe to radiate heat. The review below is slander and cost a lot of good business to a great company. I called Statewide today, in five minutes he told me to press reset and heat turned on. It was a sensor and he fixed out w/no OT.

I called Keiffer Monday morning because our furnace quit working on Sunday. I was told someone should be out by 2pm. I said that would be fine because I still had to clean out my driveway. I was notified that someone would be at.my house by 11 am. The technician was professional and said that he should have the part this afternoon and was coserned that we had heat. He arrived around 2 with a new part and we now have heat. Thanks

Showed up within scheduled timeframe and we were very satisfied with service. The associate took time to explain in detail the issue and what was done to resolve the problem. Will definitely call company again for whatever plumbing needs may arise. Very professional!

This company showed up and stated that my Water Softner needed to be replaced with no other information provided. The technician did not spend no more than 2 minutes looking at the water softener as he stated he did not want to touch it. The technician told my home warranty company that my water softener is “pre existing “ which it clearly was not! The technician also explained my water pressure regulator will not be covered under my home warranty and explained to me that it will be over $1000 to be replaced. I hired another contractor and they replaced that for $300 since my home warranty did not cover it. Lastly, there was no communication with APC after the technician mentioned that he would be in contact with me. Very unprofessional and the worst customer service I have ever received! Very disappointing and a waste of a call fee. I only wish there was a NO STAR option.
