Bill gave me an amazing service. I needed to fix a few items which he did a superb job on. He also identified a leak that wasn’t picked up by my home inspection report. I was losing a gallon of water an hour to give you an idea. He gave me a good price and fixed it the very same day. He provides excellent service at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be using him again in the future.

I found Eco plumbing & Air Conditioning here here after having a bad experience with another company. I could not be happier with the services they provided. I live on the third/fourth floor of a walk up loft building (probably one of the most difficult situations when having to replace a HVAC unit and water heater due to the steps and no elevator); however, they were very professional and did the job without any problems! They also were very quick and had the whole job completed (and took away the old unites) by the end of the day. When asking for a quote on the cost of replacement, they broke it down easily into three different budget ranges with all the pros and cons of each. No pressure! Finally, they were very quick and response when I needed to have them come out.

The plumber was so late (I think that he totally forgot the appointment. After I called back after the visiting window is almost over, the plumber just departed for my property). A young plumber stopped by. However, he could not figure out how to disassemble the shower value after watched the Youtube and called his master. This is fine as there are so many product/brand in the market, no one can know everything. He charged me visiting fee of $99 and told me that he will provided the solution in 1~2 days with quote. If I am happy with the solution and quote, $99 will be deducted from the solution package. However, I have never heard back from him....

I have used this company several times over the years. I agree with the other reviewer about their services being pricey, but they respond quickly and do their work correctly, using good materials. Once, I had to call them to re-do a job my neighborhood handyman (read: inexpensive) did poorly. You pay for you get.
