Israel & Adam are knowledgeable, professional & reliable plumbers. I received same day response on a Saturday with no appointment. They worked weekend and nights at no extra charge and resolved my water heater issues. Very reasonable prices. The invoice was 2/3rd price of quote I received from Y *** Plumbing. We used 1st Plumbing through our home warranty to assess and repair knocking pipes in our bathroom. Before the plumber even got to my home, he called me to tell me I need a thermal expansion tank on the water heater. I asked if they would still come just to be certain and he did. He showed up, knocked, walked into my master bathroom, didn’t test anything, asked to see our water heater and said “you need a thermal expansion tank and your home warranty won’t cover it so it’s like $500.” I asked him if there was anything else that may repair it and he flipped a switch on top of our water heater to try and remove air from the lines. He said he would go back and write it up. Roughly an hour later we were outside and noticed a big leak coming from where the line he was messing with on the water heater terminates. We immediately called First Plumbing to come back and they never responded. We shut off our water heater to stop the leak and finally got ahold of First Plumbing the next day. When we advised their office of the leak, they told us it “wasn’t their problem” and the plumber who was there “shouldn’t have touched the water heater” and if he did we would need to pay for that. We advised them that he broke it and she said she wanted to know how we knew he touched it (I watched him). They also told us if we wanted it repaired we needed to reach back out to our home warranty to have them re-open a work order. They then told our home warranty company they never touched it so our home warranty won’t hold them liable for the damage that they caused. We have not had hot water in our home for four days as a result of their negligence and dishonesty.

The staff here is very friendly. I do IT work for them and everyone there seems to work together well as a team.

Blake was amazing. We were having backups in our main line and he came out to camera the line and took the time to explain to us what he was seeing, and gave his professional opinion. We got an excellent video that was very helpful for reviewing. We happened to be pretty busy at the time, and I called him back a couple months later and he remember the home and went through everything just like the same day he came out. I was really impressed and give my highest recommendation if you are looking for a professional plumber.

Logan was referred to me by a friend who has used his services. I had a broken Bib Hose and Logan was able to make it to my house within a few days. Showed up on time, did a great job and was quick! I have him coming back for additional work and look forward to referring him going forward.

What a wonderful company that stands behind they’re work and keep theyre word .Our plumber ran into a lot of issues that other plumbers would have increased the price but this Guy said he was a man of his word and that really impressed both my wife and I.

They installed a new HVAC in 2018 and did an adequate job. Today they came out to diagnose an issue with the air handler blower motor not running properly. It was still under warranty according to the quote I signed which had a five-year parts warranty on the inside air handler and ten-years on the outside condenser. The technician was very professional and friendly. He determined the capacitor for the blower motor was weak and needed to be replaced. He quoted a warranty replacement price of $226, which was for labor basically. The capacitor itself probably costs around $15 so they are charging over $200 for five minutes' worth of labor to unplug the old capacitor and plug a new one back in. That's in addition to the $89 service call, which he said covers testing of the unit, although he admitted it wouldn't be worth testing the outside condenser and refrigerant levels since the fan was not operating properly on the inside. I understand they are in business to make money but charging such an outrageous price for a simple repair for a customer who has spent money with them on a new system before is unacceptable. I will know who NOT to call for any future HVAC business and I recommend you stay away from them as well.

I loved this company for my plumbing. I have not had a problem so far a few warranties. They have always fixed their mistakes. I was very sadden to hear that one of the office ladies is gone, she helped so much with every single issue Ive had. She was the so great! Unfortunately, I called and the “new office manager” snooty as she is, said she was no longer with Drain Busters. She had been let go for not doing her job. That was not my business nor is it hers to give to everyone. There is no way that the old office manager Whitney was not doing her job! She was wonderful, amazing, kind, and in my and my husbands mind the best person there. So, whoever made this choice to let her go…shame on you! We most certainly will not use again!
