Use absolutely anyone else. We had the most ridiculous experience with this company and would not recommend to anyone for any reason. First the service person showed up to our house and rather than coming to the front door chose to stand in the yard and look through our window. When I came out of the front door to greet him he was unmasked, which I was not told on the phone. We have an unvaccinated child in the home and would not have used this company if we had known they were choosing to not wear masks into clients homes. Our very friendly and sweet dog came out of the front door with me and barked at him one time in surprise and then sniffed his leg - she did not jump, did not growl, did not bare teeth, did not do anything intimidating. The man started to YELL at me to put the dog up and when I told him she would be in the house during service he got upset and left. When I called the company to complain they were dismissive and said the agent claimed our dog charged at him and then asked me if the dog had barked. So be warned - if you have a dog, perhaps even one that barks when someone comes to the door, or if you expect strangers coming in your home to wear masks, go somewhere else!!!

I would have called them first but could not remember the name. With the basin entirely refusing to drain, we finally located the old receipt, and called Plumber Las Vegas 24 HR Allstars Inc. They responded immediately and competently. Lesson learned -- spend time up front to find the right crew.

I called after seeing a sign near Grove Barton road and received a very fast response. Not only were they responsive to my request in a quick manner but arrived in a quick manner also.

Carl was quick to get the issues addressed and make sure things were working properly. I really appreciated his friendly demeanor and the time he took to explain what issues he addressed. Carl was thorough and efficient. He completed the work, left my home the way they found it, and did it all with ready smiles.

The service I received from Drain Right Services was second to none and exceeded my expectations for outstanding customer service. It also was appreciated that the pricing was very fair.

We asked PPS for an inspection as part of buying our house and the septic tank had been previously serviced by them. They failed to report that the leach field wasn't working. We didn't realize that until much later. When we asked them to diagnose the foul smell, they told us it was a cracked lid, replacement of which they quoted us for $2,600. We were able to get the same lid from the manufacturer at $900, but we still wanted to proceed with the service contract. They sent us the contract with the wrong customer information! At this point we decided to stop talking to PPS and tried another company. However, with our special denitrification system only a handful of servicers are certified in entire great Las Vegas! The other company was even worse! So we came back to PPS and begged to be reconsidered for service contract still. We were told that this account was fulfilled and we were done - they do not want to do business with us. My advice - don't you ever buy a house in a residential area with a septic tank. You will regret it. You are left to the mercy of a handful of companies and will struggle.

We moved into our house four years ago and they came out and did a couple of small jobs. The man who came did a great job and did more than was required. This past March we had a leak in the attic and they did a great job fixing the problem. We have had them two more times and had the same young man do the work. He is honest and did a great job. I highly recommend them.

I called my AHS 1st they came out twice unprepared to do any work no equipment the first time, rescheduled came back next day said I had a main line busted, not true he needed a camera to use that he didn't have with him. AHS doesn't cover it. This is where I called Hole in one Plumbing they came right out got me back up and running. Megan was very pleasant and understanding to my needs of being without 👍👍thumbs up well pleased Richard was very nice and explaining to me what I was up against. Thanks

Horrible attitude of tech , came in the door with a no , we don’t fix that , no that’s too hard , no you have to add that to the ticket , no no no period . After call rejected the service call with the home owners warranty company after they got paid ? Seriously horrible person and business . Do not use them period !

They showed up to inspect my tankless water heater, but they had no clue what the issue could've been, they showed up without any tools and spend 10 minutes just looking at it, at the end they charged me $40 dollars and agreed to come back the next following day at 2:00pm, I waited for them, called twice after I noticed a 1 hour delay and then again after 3 hours, nobody called back nor they showed up you cant even leave a message on their line.

Does anyone work there? No call back after leaving a message for a simple wax seal to be fixed.
