Had a water heater go out in one of our cabins late on a Friday evening. Josh dropped what he was doing and drove all the way down here and knocked it out in no time. Friendly service, quick service and attention to detail. Highly recommended from Baffin on the Rocks.

This week I had a hot water tank go bad and Precision Plumbing came to the rescue and had it working within 36 hours.
Shortly after, since they were so easy to work with, I had them unclog a drain at another one of my houses that has been a problem for several weeks. Again, they were able to come out and do it almost immediately.
Fair prices, great communication & dialog throughout the process, and great work.
I've dealt with lots of contractors from all different trades and recognize and appreciate when one of them take care of the job seamlessly and make my life a little less stressful.
I wish I had found them sooner and will certainly call on them in the future.

Had an issue with my toilet. The water would not stop running after the tank was full. The shut off valve was also broken. Carmine Jr. came same day within the hour to repair my issue. He was very nice and ran to the hardware store twice to get parts to make sure everything was working correctly. He made me feel comfortable and I was happy with the job performed. The pricing was average for the work done. Paid $250.00 in cash for a new pump system, valve and seal. I have actually used this company for the last 8 years that I have lived at my current address. They have always been professional and friendly. Something I value as a female since not all people in the plumbing and electrical industry treat female customers the same as they would a male.

Last Sunday, June 25, 2017, John and his helper, Will, came to my daughter's house to unclog her outside drain. She had plumbers there the previous day and they removed some of the roots from the piping, but the water was still backing up. John came and worked on the pipes until they cleared the clog, about 75 feet out from the house.
The previous night I was called to say they would would be there in the morning, and then called again Sunday morning to tell me they were on their way.

Tom showed up the same day as I called to give me a quote for a full AC replacement. Three days later, they showed up on time with everything they needed for the install and had it completed quickly. I went ahead and had insulation blown in while they were here for the other work. So glad we got this done, and impressed on the turnaround. I'd recommend these guys to anyone looking for a new AC or service on their existing equipment!

I have had many interactions with tradesmen (and plumbers) over the years. Also, I rarely post reviews. However, I would like to share my very positive experience with this vendor. Bob has clearly demonstrated that he is not only an extremely reliable and reasonable resource, but probably one of the most decent men that I have had the good fortune to interact with.
