Dustin did great work. Completed projects in multiple areas of a remodel. Helped save money (per my request) by reusing “good” pipe and other items when possible. Offered suggestions when full replacement was the best option. Installed drain pipes, vent pipes, water lines, water heater, main sewer line (under concrete in basement), replaced concrete. Quality services and always willing to work with my schedule.

Dalton and his dad (the owner, sorry forgot his name) came out to fix a leak in upstairs tub. They were professional but personable. Exactly what you look for in a small business; they treated the job as if it was their own. Knowledgeable, responsive, and reliable. As a veteran myself, I always try to support veteran owned small business and I have nothing but praises for Prostar Plumbing.

Very reasonable and honest. I thought my AC compressor was completely out while it was a much much smaller part costi g a whole lot less. Didn't try to sell me any other part or service, just replaced the part and was on his way. Great service, I will definitely call them again.

Five stars for sure. Returned my call within 15-20 minutes, quoted me a very fair price, showed up in a half hour and had the toilet fixed in no time. So relieved to find good service. If you don't have a regular plumber and suddenly need one, it can be a crapshoot. Gregg and his co-worker were very nice and pleasant to talk to, and fixed it fine. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! We are new home buyers in area and we have found our for life plumbing team!!! I fought for two hours to replace a seized shower cartridge that resulted in entire house water shutdown (isolation screws also seized), I even broke the screw to puller from pressure. After talking with them at 8:45pm, they explained all possible outcomes and possible prices/rates, so no surprises. After asking them to please come, they were here in 10 minutes, no joke! After being a facilities maintainer in the Air Force, I thought there is no way this guy is going to get this out if I couldn't, so I expected a full valve replacement, drywall work, and a much higher price. The son with his well trained experience
and meticulously skill had it out and replaced in under 20 minutes!!! They only charged me for one hour after-hours-rate since I had the cartridge already ($150). Very professional and pleasant to work with this family.

I KNOW FOR A FACT THEY ARE BEST IN TOWN! I had used a big name company (Pro-Tech) earlier in week to replace a seized hot water tank valve and home shut-off valve (my first attempt to remove cartridge). Their tech was here for 1 hr. I was charged $500!!! All he did was put in two $50 gate valves and less than 3ft of pipe in very easy access areas.

I was adding a 2nd bathroom and their price was $3,000 lower than anybody else. they even let me bring in my own parts materials saving me money. I will use them on my next project home

I haven't shopped in this location, but called in for pricing and installation information for a 40 gallon hot water heater. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I needed help in price comparisons.

Keith from ADM Plumbing was hired to convert galvanized water piping to PEX piping as well as a washer and dryer hook up. Piping went well I guess besides my sink making a gargling noise when my toilet flushes. He claim it was air in the line but it have been several weeks and the noise is still there. The issues I have is Keith knew an outlet was sparking in my basement and decided to still proceed with plugging my washing machine up and fried the outlet and the cord to the washing machine. He said it is ok I can just change the head of the cord. I never seen him again and he answer my calls sometimes and say he will come and don’t call and do not show. So I paid him for a washing machine hook up with no washing machine. The old pipes and concrete he left at our home after telling us he would remove it. When asked again to remove it he said what can he do with it because he cannot take it to his house. The overall experience was unprofessional and I will never recommend this company to anyone.
