I called around to a lot of places for quotes on a water heater replacement and these guys had the best rate by far. Dispatch was very pleasant to deal with, and Maryanne made sure I was on the schedule before the weekend so my daughter and I weren't without hot water until Monday. Brandon came out at the exact time dispatch said he would, and he was very polite and professional. He explained everything clearly and did not try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn't need which is more than could be said about a lot of competitors. There were absolutely no hidden fees or up charges, I paid exactly what was quoted. Brandon even gave some advice on possible issues with my chimney and things to look out for on my PVM. From start to finish, I really don't think it could've gone better. I'll absolutely be calling them for future work.

Charles with Always Plumbing Heating and Air was OUTSTANDING! This was my first time with this company and I was highly impressed. He was on time, very courteous, kind and professional. He diagnosed the problem, explained the process and repaired it quickly and efficiently. It was a very positive experience. Lance has been taking care of all of our plumbing needs for almost 20 years. From plumbing problems such as leaks or needing toilet repair to complete household remodels of kitchens and bathrooms. We called John Henry do to a heat pump issue. The office assistant was the most friendly and helpful person I have ever spoken to. She listened to my concern and was able to schedule someone to come out promptly and when it fit into my schedule. This also gave me confidence in their future work.

The heating and air guy came out as schedule (and I appreciated seeing how far out he was to plan and be ready when he arrived). One here he was friendly, professional and helpful informing me in what I needed. I felt like he listens to my concern and he called his supervisor on the spot to ensure he was able to help with my unique debacle.

His initial visit gave me piece of mind in future services and I’m glad they will be back out to finish working on my unit soon!

Mark was amazing! He spent a lot of time making sure the installation was done properly. Mark reviewed every step in the process to make sure I understood what needed to be done. On top of that he had a great attitude and he was a pleasure to work with.

I needed a second opinion, they went above and beyond to help us. A technician came out after his normal hours to find out leak, they were patient and understanding of our situation. We were informed of every step and had everything fully explained throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer the phone and always had somebody that could come out if we needed something at a certain moment , they went far beyond what previous plumbers have done and their range and we are forever grateful for their hard work.

Dalton was beyond amazing and was super nice and friendly he was able to deal with his work and deal with 3 screaming children 5 and under running around while trying to explain to me what was going on. He kept his cool and was great. I have never had issue like this or experience water issue. This was my first time and it was beyond nerve racking for me. He found the problem wasn’t Even on my end. I would deff recommend using them there prices are fair. From the moment I called till the moment my business was done with them was handle great. Thank you dalton again!

I've now used this company on two different properties - once for an entire new HVAC system and once for a new AC condenser. My technician was Tim both times and was very pleased with the professionalism and service. Hopefully I won't need them soon but I'd definitely use them again!
