We have been using Drain Works for our plumbing needs for a couple years now and they have always done a very good job. What I especially like is how they have been available during off hours and weekends to assist in our emergency needs. I highly recommend them, they are reliable, honest and hard working.

I found Brody and took a chance on him, and I am so thrilled that I did! He was timely and responsive to all my needs. He worked with myself and the city to explain the hot water heater accident. Brody and his team made me feel comfortable, and they relaxed me during this unfortunate emergency. His referrals were also wonderful and on point. 10/10! Now he's coming to fix a toilet for me tomorrow!

The reason for the one star review is that it seemed the only way to actually get in contact with someone. Multiple calls over a couple weeks (and at different times of the day no less!) with no response seemed strange to me. Just wanted to let someone know so that you can rectify the fact that these scammers are using your business profile on job boards. Hopefully you can rectify your online profiles, and I will remove my review.

This gentlemen, Jimmy Mac, was THE BEST. Called him at 9p the previous evening, he instructed me how to stop the hemoraging hot water heater leak. After calling around for a better price, I quickly learned he was the best choice. After speaking with him about timing and location, he was out within 2-3 hours. Service was impeccable and he was honest. Educated me on some faucet tips and how to operate the heater. THANK YOU JIMMY MAC!!!

My partner and I had been getting price quotes to replace our 50 gallon water heater and contacted 4 plumbing companies. We received quotes that were astronomical and knew that the upfront cost would be expensive however enter REI Plumbing and Donal Reilly. He could not have been more professional in answering our questions and never ever did he use any sales tactics. We received a price quote with a breakdown of what would be done and immediately knew we would be having REI do the work. Carlos 1 and Carlos 2 showed up exactly on time and were very nice and showed care and concern for our home and keeping things neat and tidy. They did such a great job on the installation and with the copper pipe installed it looks like a work of art. We can't begin to thank Donal, and both Carlos 1 and Carlos 2 for such a great job!! Do yourself a favor if you are looking for price quotes and call the team at REI because you won't regret it!! We now have a plumber we trust and won't hesitate to call anytime we need work done.

I called they came on the same day. There was a lot of work tree roots, sludge in the pipes. They did the job professionally.I have used them before and will use them again when neccessary.

We've used Netzel Plumbing for three jobs in the last two months on our newly purchased home. They resolved gas leaks that were found during inspection, repaired kitchen sink issues that were created by a handyman we initially hired, and did a big demo job to replace leaking pipes in our walls.

They're very responsive and friendly, they have a great texting system that notifies you when they're en route to your house, and the employees were very respectful of us and our home. Just note they're not open on the weekends so if you have a plumbing emergency on a Saturday you shouldn't expect a phone call back until Monday (something I didn't realize at first). They wore masks the entire time they worked, covered the flooring with plastic (and our furniture during the demo project) and sanitized everything before leaving. They also worked hard to keep the price affordable for us even after hitting unforseen complications inside our walls. Netzel is our plumber from now on, highly recommend!

A plumbing emergency occurred at a customer's home, and a responsive plumber arrived within 30 minutes. The plumber was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem while being very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. This company is highly recommended to anyone in need of plumbing services.

The best team I have ever had work on my water pipes. Jane and his partner were so professional. They did an impeccable job removing our old pipes and installing new ones. The clean up after work was exceptional. I would strongly recommend this plumbing company.

These guys were great, the two guys Jack and Mitch showed up and didn’t fool around. They got to work and finished the job done in about an hour. Also Mitch is really straight forward and shows you exactly what is going on and what work is being done.( I was not sure if he was some kind of actor because of his easy going personality) He even showed me the inside of the pipe that had roots in it threw their Ridgid camera scope.
The reason I keep using the company is because of the guys they hire. They are not only good but honest tradesmen. Way to go sound!

I have not been this happy in a long time. The last few plumbers I have hired left me so disappointed that I was beginning to think it was a bad industry. (Overcharging, poor service, incomplete work, bad work, lousy attitude, leaving work area dirty, causing damage, etc.). But, today I needed to call a plumber again, so . . . off to Google to search for one in my area. I decided to call Blue Line because they were close and had decent reviews. So, I was hopeful. Best phone call I could have made!

First of all, someone actually answered the phone when I called (bonus points!). Then, he was able to come out same day (Double bonus points!). But the real five star service was in Tom's professional and efficient service which was delivered with a pleasant and courteous demeanor. He fixed my toilet and my sink (which were the two reasons I needed him to come out), and then he checked my tub while he was there (which benefited from his tender loving care). He took his time to make sure everything was running correctly before leaving and he did everything for a fair price. (He even put everything back under the sink!) I'm just amazed across the board.

Truly, this is a five star service in an industry that seems to be seriously lacking. I plan on telling all of my family and friends in the neighborhood. Thank you, Tom!!
