We had Repipe Specialists at our 2 1/2 bath ranch home and they did everything as advertised. The work took one day and they were extremely neat and organized. The holes in the walls were exactly as described and when they completed all their work, our water pressure increased significantly.

Everything was explained as to the completed work....I did a walk through with the supervisor on site and he showed us what they did and how to shut down the hose bibs in the winter. The wall repair guys showed up the next day and did a fantastic job making the walls look perfect.

I had one of the toilets that was removed by the drywall guys that was rocking due to a broken bolt. We called Repipe the day after they left and a plumber was out 2 hours later to repair, reset and caulk the toilet.

I would recommend Repipe Specialists to anyone thinking of have this done on their home. It was a good experience.

The drain in my kitchen sink was very clogged. The drain was fully restored after the plumbers arrived on time, thoroughly explained everything, and performed augering and hydro-jetting. They discovered the cleanout, which was tucked away in the basement behind a wall. Great customer service at a fair price.

We had a clogged kitchen sink that was also leaking under the sink from the pipes. Victor did a great job. He replaced the old pipes and rooted the line. He was prompt and professional. Highly recommend!

We've been dealing with sewer and plumbing problems for a few years. Nobody could help until we called Lakeshore Plumbing. They are the real deal!! I had an amazing experience hiring Joe to install two toilets in my condo. When I first called, I was expecting a generic greeting or an answering machine. Joe answered the phone with such great energy and enthusiasm (I was like, hum... this guy really likes his job!). He was generous with offering advice and recommendation even before I decided to work with him. He even told me how to save money for what I needed!

Joe was very responsive with text and phone conversations, and was professional about his work. He came well prepared, and paid attention to details during the job (he made sure to clean up after the job as well). I had lots of anxiety because my old toilets were causing water damage to my neighbor downstairs. Joe was very humorous, and his attitudes and knowledge eased my anxiety. I felt that I was in good hands as soon as he started working. He was patient with my questions; he spent time explaining his assessment of my old toilets and the steps that he was taking to install the toilet. (I got an unexpected, free plumbing lesson!) I appreciated Joe's transparency, professionalism and passion for his job. I paid at least $500-700 fewer than other quotes that I received from other plumbers.

I would not recommend using their service for several reason and based on a recent experience I had with them:
1. The person who came to my place to help with rodding the main sewage was rude and unprofessional.
2. Although I already told him the problem and the fact that the way to get there is through the street main basin, he came over and charged me the consultation fee of 100$ just to confirm what I already told him.
3. They are not honest. He told me the city would not allow using the main basin at all and would fine me 50k$ if we do so. I called Evanston Building Department the next day and they said they usually don’t have any problem with that as long as they get a call and be informed.
4. They are not good at what they do. He didn’t check to see what the other options would be to rod the pipe. He just wanted to get the 100$ and get out ASAP. I called another company an hour later, the evaluated the sewage system in detail and determined a way to get the job done and fixed the issue on the same day (on the weekend).

Had them come over to look at a steam unit for me. They were upfront about the fact they do not normally work on these types of units. Still looked at it, and worked on some fuses to see if they could get it to fire up. While they weren't able to fix it, they gave me good next steps to get it fixed. Will definitely be using them for my plumbing needs in the future.

The guys from Alba were quick and friendly, fixing our toilet issues in no time. Would definitely recommend.

We had a major leak from a large walk in shower into a first floor bedroom. We had no idea where the leak was coming from in the shower. I talked to Juan, and he immediately came out and was able to pinpoint the issue. I can’t say enough about Juan, and since have used him for a different issue. Juan is very knowledgeable, and will highly recommend him.

Mike did a great job helping me with a plumbing problem. He offered me a couple of solutions and estimates for each. He performed quality work at a fair price. Give him a call for your next plumbing job!

Had a plumbing issue and they kept delaying on when they would show up for our appointment all day. The last time they said oh we couldn't get there until 8:00 p.m. is that okay and we said sure that's fine we just wanted to get this handled and then they never showed up and never called or texted after that. Terrible service.
