My waterline was replaced due to a leak between the house and street. I was explained the process to be used in understandable language. A City of Columbus inspector approved the completed work. The basement and yard were cleaned up to my satisfaction.

Had them out to install a new whole-house water shutoff because my original one was not working. They were prompt, professional, easy to work with, and offered GREAT value, especially compared to other area plumbers. Highly recommend, these are my plumbers for life.

Being a renter, he did not have to offer this service to me. However, out of the kindness of his heart, with his help I was able to re ignite the pilot light. Mike did all of this over the phone and on Labor Day

I recently moved to the area and decided to walk in to see if I could potentially get some contracting work done. As a potential customer this guy barks at me in stead of saying good morning or good afternoon I understand the culture that people are on the defense But it's just not good business. I now will take my business elsewhere sadly.

Your employees need to start paying attention to private tow-away zones in the Short North and Italian Village. Next time, the van will be towed.

The company was dispatched to fix my furnace from my warranty company. He showed up late to the appt, introduced himself as the plumber. Diagnosed it as a bad igniter said he had to order and would be in touch in 1-2 days. Took about 5 days still no call. I had to call him, voicemail was full. Sent someone else out, a completely different company. The guy said the igniter was fine and diagnosed it as a bad gas valve and bad board. I told the warranty company i wanted a second opinion. Come to find out, it was NONE of those things. The next company had it fixed in one quick service call.

Don't bother trying to call. We've had two appointments booked with this company through our home warranty and took off two days of work. Both times they were a no call no show. When I called they said that we would have to reschedule that they were to busy to make their appointment. I'm only giving 1 star since 0 stars is not an option.
