We purchased a home in which Fox had recently installed a new A/C and furnace. Two months in we had issues and after a quick call, Fox immediately sent a service tech out to look at the unit. Scott was amazing and finished the job while I had to run to a meeting. He texted when it was complete, explained what he did, and even locked the door on his way out. I would 100% recommend Fox (and especially Scott) again!

My old toilet had a clog in it that I just couldn't seem to get rid of. This plumber came to the rescue and got my bathroom back up and running!

These guys are the best! On time, friendly & knowledgeable. We have a twenty plus year old house and they keep her going strong! So far they've fixed our shower, garbage disposal, and flushed out our water heater. Highly recommend these guys. Give em a high five!

Wayne was not only on time, but he was diligent and efficient. Long story short, my house insurance company took pictures and assumed my pipes were not up to date. After close inspection, Wayne was able to determine my pipes were in fact up to par. He even went as far as to making sure my insurance company was aware that no job needed to be done. He did not only save me money, but he saved me time. Will use him as a plumber in the future!

9PM on a Sat night, sewer line backed up, toilets overflowing, tubs backed up. Called all of the big gun 24 hour service plumbers that you see on TV, AAA, ABC, Radiant, Roto, etc, not one of them had anyone available. Called ADK, got the answering machine, hung up, got a text 1 minute later, told Chris what was going on, quoted me a price, half hour later was at my house, half hour later, all done. Was it cheap, nope, was it worth it, yes it was. Chris was personable, prompt & professional. Highly recommend.

Dave and Steve helped us through some extensive work, and went above and beyond to correct issues past handymen had left behind. The quality of their work is great, the price could not be beat, and we are very pleased with the results.

Great experience all around! We had a blockage in our pipe feeding into our septic tank that meant we could not use any water in our house without it flooding our downstairs bathroom. We were able to get a same-day appointment, and they were so efficient, quick, and knowledgeable. Highly suggest Plumber Anderson Mill!

Evan from Benjamin Plumbing was wonderful! I bought a touch faucet to replace my old faucet. He came in assess the situation and told me all we needed to change was the head of the old faucet. Which I felt silly for not realizing that from the beginning... but I appreciate him being honest about it. He saved me the $ from the new faucet and the labor to replace it. Oh and he even found the sku # for the old faucet head. Amazing customer service!

wonderful Service! We had a miscommunication in terms on the type of equipment I requesting work on, and when they showed up(on-time) they realized the mistake. I felt they were well within their rights to keep the disbatch fee, although I was not happy. The manager contacted me to make sure I understood what happened. Additionally, She refunded the disbatch fee and apologized for the confusion. I would do business with them in the future. Thank you

Responsive company. Our water heater began leaking in the middle of the night. Made an appointment first thing the following morning. repairman arrived well within the time window given. gave me options and pricing options for new hot water heaters. Prices are high. But, I had a leaking hot water heater. Installer was respectful, courteous and professional.

Our house, like many in Austin, had a burst pipe after Winterpocalypse 2021. We were extremely lucky to get an appointment with Biggs only a couple days after everything thawed, and the gentleman who came out to do the service was extremely helpful and accommodating. He had to cut into our sheetrock and make multiple cuts in our copper piping in order to make the repair, but he had all the tools he needed and found the break in the pipe right away. We will definitely be calling again for our future plumbing work.

They performed a hydrostatic test for a foundation repair. Very happy with this company.

Dan came out to my house to replace my water heater. He was very fast, awesome friendly, and talked with me about what he was doing and what I could do to keep my new heater working properly. Its just like I would imagine having a family member come over to do it, he was at ease but still professional and quick. I will be using ARS for my upcoming sprinkler inspection and if I need anything for plumbing, I will be calling them and asking for Dan. You Rock.
