Called with a water heater issue, within a few hours they were knocking on my door. The problem was fixed in less than a couple of hours. This was 5 years ago and have continued to use this company, just this week again for leak under my sink and a gas leak (my stove) as they are prompt, professional, and prices are always fair. We were very pleased with the work done by Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing! Wanted to use someone local and we have found our go to company. Treated my wife with respect, communicated well and charged a fair price.

Called on Friday and they were able to send a tech out on Monday morning. Josh was able to find and repair our leak in just under 2 hours. He was very knowledgeable and professional and a major help! Very glad to have a reliable partner to help keep our house working as it should be. Will absolutely be using KMP again!

A service guy came out and repaired the pipe, however, did not mention to us that he can not repair the drywall before cutting it. We actually had to stop him when he was leaving to ask if he was going to fix the wall. He responded that he didn’t know how to fix it. So now we’re stuck with the picture. My husband called and called to get a resolution and they did not answer or return phone calls!

Last minute decision to call them after using draino, crystals, ect. Called them and they were out here WITHIN ONE HOUR! how great is that?!?! Yes, I know ... GREAT! Austin came by, fixed our problem, and went on about his way. Very professional, knows what they are doing. I hope I don’t have to use them again(because I’m hoping to not have a clog again) , but I’m sure I will haha!!! Thanks!!!

Had my utility room moved into my garage. The original area was on the second floor. The guys plumbed the old utility to convert into a 3rd full bathroom .. they plumbed the garage to set our washer and dryer in that new area. We were very pleased with the results.

Made’s Plumbing was super awesome! At a time when pipes were bursting all over Dallas cause of the cold weather, they were able to come within one day of scheduling even though my home was a little out of the way for them! They were very communicative about when they would arrive and were on time. They found the leak quickly and did the whole repair in under 2 hours. My water is back in action thanks to Made’s plumbing’s truly great service!

Josh and his apprentice Robert spent several hours at my home today completing 3 projects. They were personable, highly skilled, and completed tasks both very well and as expeditiously as possible. They were wonderful! I would highly recommend them.
