Over the last 10-12 yrs I have referred probably a dozen customers to KMP Plumbing. Today they tried to pull a fast one on my 90yr old mother. Quoting $550-$2000 to replace a toilet fill valve and kitchen sink cartridge with all kinds of photos of the toilet tank, kitchen sink, and “membership” fees, etc. You’ve got to be kidding! Something has changed, but not this time. They just lost a customer and I will pass along…no membership required here.

I received the best installation of a new home system from Metro Energy Savers in 2014 and received prompt professional service during an AC outage during the hottest September on record. The technician showed me the bad part, gave me repair options and provided the most compelling information for adding a service contract. I would definitely recommend them for your home HVAC service.

absolutely terrible company, and even worse customer service. the owner patrick is unwilling to take ownership of his company's errors that cost my family thousands of dollars in floor repairs and repeat trip visit fees. after a 30 min discussion about what middle group could be met, and what concession he would offer to keep us as patrons, patrick proved unwavering and unwilling to provide any decent customer retention tactics. as a small-med business that relies primarily on word of mouth and online reviews, im surprised he decided that at least paying our additional trip fees (about $300) wasnt worth not tarnishing his brand. let alone the $600 floor repair bill we ended up with due to his employees' ineptitude. as a result, we're making it our personal mission to ensure anyone we know does NOT patronize this business. we had great success hiring escobars and sons here in dfw! much more bang for your buck and the gentlemen who did my work and cleaned up after this company made great conversation and was very transparent about their work before doing anything to my home. we are in the process of filing a BBB complaint about this company as well.

Matt and his assistant did a great job on the slow drip in my shower. Should have called them some time ago! Glad to have the drip stopped and the shower working perfectly!

Our AC was not cooling so we called the home warranty company. They would be happy to help and would send someone on Monday - it was Friday in July in Texas....that will not get it. I reached out to my neighborhood FB page and Big Bear was recommended so I called. The call was around noon on Friday and by 1:30 a technician was at the house and shortly after we were cool again. Great service, fair price and we will for sure recommend and use again should the need arise. Thank you Big Bear!

My experience with Bow Tie Plumbing was great from beginning to end. Bobby showed up early, and even though i was not ready for him, he was patient with me and worked around my schedule. A gas leak had been detected by Atmos and I knew next to nothing about what i had to do to get my gas plumbing fixed. Bobby took the time to explain the possible scenarios and put my mind at ease. I am impressed with the level of care I received and will come back to them with all my plumbing needs.

I had a slab leak at my home. Every other business told me they would have to do extensive damage to the floors in order to fix and would cost me double if not triple what I paid with Blessed Plumbing. Matt and Drew were incredibly professional and able to reroute the pipes in a way that not only repaired the slab leak, but rerouted it to ensure a future leak would not happen all without having to ruin the floors and go under the house. INCREDIBLE WORK; INCREDIBLE BUSINESS! Highly recommend.

KMP Installed a York Mini Split in our sunroom. They recommended the right unit for our room and then their talented, courteous and professional team did the rest. We are extremely satisfied with the entire process. I'd like to give a shout out to the Service Mgr., Billy and his installation team, Joe, Doug, Derek and Manny.
