From the first phone call with the customer service team to the repeated check up calls keeping me in the loop and finally the service call, Lasiter and Lasiter is a truly professional and compassionate company. Craig and team (4 in total) that showed up to perform the fix were outstanding. I thought I had one pipe break and it turned out I had three. I was fixed up in under 2.5 hours. The service was outstanding, and I'm very satisfied with the fixes. I have a plumbing company for life. Thank you!!!! I just wish our power production and grid was as dependable in Texas.

He could have just done a quick fix but he took his time and did the job right. He was professional and informative, and was honest about costs for additional work that might be needed in the future. The cost for this service was exactly as promised in the estimate. I'm sorry other reviewers had a bad experience with this company - ours was good and we'd use this company again.

I needed a basic cable clean out and they did a great job. It cost $220, better than any rooter service. Once they were finished they stuck around and made sure my appliances drained without backing up, which took quite a while. They did recommend a different service the next time water backs up from my appliances, but never any pressure to do that service.

We are very pleased with the work we just had done regarding a slab leak. It was located 21 feet from the digging entrance, so there was a lot of dirt removed. Everything was done orderly and the staff was superb. They were very respectful and told us everything up front regarding what, when, where and how much. The leak was located, pipes replaced, and dirt filled back in. The excavation site doesn't even look like anything happened. Everything is back in place, and we no longer have water running somewhere! We will definitely use Horizon Plumbing Service again! I have also referred them to our neighbors. Good job! Good employees! Great Company! Very Pleased!
