Brandon and Chris came out and worked on a plumbing problem we had on two separate occasions over the course of a week. Super nice guys, very professional, informative and respectful. Would not question calling these two back for any plumbing needs we have. The dispatcher called to let us know when they would be out (morning of the day we called) and we received text alerts when they were almost here with pictures and descriptions of each. Fast and on time. Top notch all the way around.

So grateful for these guys. This is the second time I have used them, once for my master bathroom and just now for my kitchen sink. I have referred them to everyone I know. They are always professional polite and informative.

We have been using Fischer and Boone exclusively for almost forty years. They have taken care of our plumbing repairs in five houses as little children grew up to be some of their licensed plumbers. Most recently we had a very difficult stoppage in a sewer line and they worked tirelessly to resolve the problem. Their fees for repeated trips involving several hours work each time were very fair and their work was high quality. We don't shop around when we have any plumbing need.

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.

They replaced two water valves for the washing machine and replaced on hose bibb in the yard. $877.00. I have already lost their number. Do not call them for your work unless you are independently wealthy. Never again.

Doug was excellent and knowledgeable. He was so kind and professional. He quickly fixed our burst pipe and came back immediately when a second burst. Misty was a joy to talk to and calmed me greatly during all the insanity of multiple issues from the snow storm. I will absolutely use them in the future!

They are probably not the cheapest but their service is top notch. Rachel was very helpful in getting the tech out to us pretty quickly for a plumbing emergency. Steven, the leas tech was very professional and knowledgeable. I’m glad there are companies out there like KMP who genuinely care about their customers and their reputation.
