Well I had to call Metro Energy for something else that went wrong on my AC unit! I am glad they sent Josh back! AGAIN! Josh was thorough in doing his best to find the most cost effective solution. He tried to only replace the relay part but that part alone did not stop the AC from running inside when it shut off outside! Ultimately the control board needed to be replaced. He made sure to check to see if my unit was still under warranty. It was which afforded me the opportunity to pay a lower price for the part. I was unaware of the warranty and he could have not shared that but He did! At my request Josh also changed out my thermostat and tested the ac and heat to make sure all was well. Finally I asked him a gazillion and one questions and he answered each one and did not leave until I was completely satisfied with testing and making sure all of my questions were answered. Had a leak from our first bathroom shower into master closet. He found the leak promptly and got us on the schedule to repair it. The pricing is reasonable. The plumber who came out was kind and on time. Highly reccomend!
