Schedule their appointment with Alec but they never show up. Quote me 500$ for replacement a bathtub spout and water valve replacement. Didn’t call to let me why they didn’t show up.

company will send techs out that have no clue what there doing.two days in a row two different guys came out and had no clue what they was even doing.they went and got a part for my AC and said it was going to be 600.00 and wasn't even sure if it was the problem is what they stated..me get your stuff and get out of here.called one person and in 15 minutes knew the problem which was just cleaning the coils.williams is who I bought the AC from and they do not take care of there customers and gave me some very shady paperwork.tried calling the office and even hung up on us.i didn't want to even give them one star just coming out of the hospital after a heart attack and went without air for days during summer heat.note we just read the lies they sent to the bbb saying there there repairman said we needed a part which we have proof that was a lie by the next company we hired said no part needed just cleaning.another lie that we tampered with paperwork when the writing is all the same.they will lie and are the worst at it and we have proof.what a very shady company period.i really hope this helps other consumers know that this company not for them.

I had a leak in my laundry room. There was water pouring from the faucet behind my washer and I couldn’t turn the faucet off. I live in a very old house and it had never been changed out before. They were very polite and explained all of my options. I will definitely call them back for more work.
UPDATE: I called this company back to install a new toilet. I am very pleased. They did excellent work with my new toilet too. This will be my go to company for anything involving plumbing.
UPDATE: I have had outdoor faucets replaced and they did a great job. They were ready to handle the problem with the faucet in the back yard.
I called them again to replace a disposal. They were very helpful and did good jobs. I keep calling them when we have a problem and they keep doing a good job.

Paschal came to install a flood stop for our water heater. James was courteous, professional and timely. I highly recommend this company
