Air conditioning went out on the hottest day of the year, this past Monday. My call was answered promptly and a service man came to the house that day. Richard was great - honest and courteous. I came home Sunday night to find that my air conditioner wasn’t working. I called Milestone on Monday morning and Perry Hicks was at my house before 11 am. He was thorough and friendly and had my air working before he left. He thoroughly explained the various options and his recommendations and had made a video showing what wasn’t working on the unit.
