Best Clogged Sewer Line in Arlington TX

One of my kids dropped a pencil in our toilet causing a clog. I called ACE at 9 am and by 3 pm everything was fixed. When does same day service happen like that anymore? Very nice staff, responsive and affordable. Would call them again without hesitation.

Michael was outstanding! He was on time. He wore a mask. (Not necessary, but highly respectful.). He wore booties which my new floors appreciated. He installed 2 garbage disposals, with all associated plumbing, an air switches for the disposals, 2 touchless faucets, and a touchless soap dispenser. Everything was clean when he left and I could not be more pleased with his work. I only gave him five stars because they would not allow six. Hiring professionals is always a gamble. Assuming that everyone at Master Repair Plumbing is like Michael, your risk dramatically decreases with this company.

The handle to open the water to the water spout on my bathtub was loose. $140 to fix “labor” + $80 in “parts” total $220!!! 😳. The guy didn’t take no other payment except cash..who knows, maybe to avoid paying taxes but his problem. This fix was way to expensive.

In the midst of the recent storm, outages, and frozen pipes, when most plumbing companies were too swamped to answer their calls, Rachel at KMP took time to help us with questions on our loss of hot water from our tankless hot water heater, even contacting service technicians to help answer questions. Darryl, the boss, also responded to help us out. Once things escalated to a broken pipe, Darryl sent a crew out immediately, who fixed our issues and got us back with hot & cold water. The techs John & Darrell were very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. We have a new plumbing company for all of our future needs. Thank you KMP!!

Called to see if they were hiring an instead of being given a number to call or information i was hung up on. Reflects on the company really well.

We had an emergency plumbing issue after hours and Daryl, Hunter and Alex responded and fixed our issue in short order. Professional and responsive. Alex took the after hours call and Daryl and Hunter were out the next day to fix our issue.

We had great initial customer service from the plumber, Mario (September 2022). We ended up having them replace or liner significant sections of our piping from our bathrooms. This was when we started encountering issues with All Masters Plumbing. They ended up digging at least 10 feet in the wrong direction underneath our house. They would've dug even farther, but I caught them digging in the wrong spot when I got off from work.Then in October 2022, we requested an itemized receipt of all the plumbing work that was done and documentation related to flooring damage they've went radio-silent. We've called their office multiple times each work week, but have been told that they'd leave a message for the manager and the manager would get back to us. I'm writing this review at the end of November 2022 (date of initial Google review November 27, 2022), and we still haven't received a single itemized receipt or damage documentation from All Masters. As most of you know, due to their refusal to provide documentation, we can't submit reimbursement from insurance for the plumbing repairs we already paid them for, but we can't initiate our restoration work (massive flooring repairs).Just beware of a company that is happy to take your money, but won't even provide you any documentation of work completed. I'll be sure to update this review as the process continues. Just wanted give the next person some warning about All Masters Plumbing, before they make a decision.Initially contacted All Masters Plumbing for repairs September 16, 2022. Still awaiting response for documentation of repairs on November 27, 2022.

Great service and a fair price. Very honest and nice people. It refreshing to find a plumber more concerned with resolving the problem, than how much he can make off you. I highly recommend this company.

Detailed and thorough with their work. Excellent problem resolution. Very professional and yet personable. Found and repaired multiple slab leaks. Sub-contractors also very diligent and pleasant. Highly recommended.

Kyle and partner analyzed and nullified a leak cause by poor material with rookie workmanship from previous team.
