Best Clogged Line in Arlington TX

Was originally responsive for original appointment. He ended up having to reschedule ( which happens). But never responded when I left message to reschedule. Ended up calling another company.

Michael was able to save us money by retrieving a broken screw from our garbage disposal vs. recommended a new one. He also saved us money on repairing a sink stopper where he didn't have to disassemble the entire sink. He was also able to clean out a clogged drain that I thought had to be cleared by removing the pipes under the sink. The bottom stopper was over tightened and he showed me how to clear on my own the next time it stopped up. Would highly recommend Master Repair Plumbing!!

I really appreciate the work that Tyler the service technician took care of to clear my drain pipes. We could not find the outside drain cleanout, which he found out later was buried underneath the AC unit before I bought the home. When Tyler arrived for the service call my toilet and bathtub were not draining. Tyler climbed up on top of the roof and ran the equipment through a pipe on my roof near my bathroom area. It did not take too long before everything started draining again. I felt Tyler was very honest, trust worthy and professional.

Like much of my area we were ill prepared for the snow storm of Feb 2021. We didn’t have electricity for almost four days and as a result our hot water heater had several broken pipes. It was a mess. We started calling plumber, most which never took the time to even call back. However, I also called All Masters Plumbing. The phone went to a message on my first try and I was losing hope, but before I could try again they called me back!!! Like right away. They were honest about the length of time it would take and how busy most of the plumbers in the area were. They were able to get me in on a Wednesday and I took it.Not only were they on time...they were EARLY!!! Rudy was our first technician and he showed us what was wrong fixed our fittings and ordered another hot water heater. By the time he left we had running water for the first time in five days.The best news came on Friday. Our hot water heater was ready and would be installed by that evening. Dillion told his boss he would work later just to get it installed. Again he arrived well before we thought, but still late for a Friday night. We had hot water in less than an hour. He was so nice and thorough.Needless to say, I would highly recommend this plumbing service. I hope we don’t have to use them again, but I’m saving their number into my phone just in case.

The team was excellent. Fantastic customer service. They came out on New Year’s Eve to make the repair. Walked me through everything in case the Atmos tech didn’t arrive before they left. I had paid them and they were fixing to leave when the Atmos tech showed up. They then came back inside to relight all of the appliances and make sure everything thing was working properly. They could have easily just driven off and left me to do everything but they didn’t.
