They wanted $320 to snake an a.c. drain on a Sunday. Most of their competitors want about $200-250. On google it says theyre open 24 hours, but know youre going to pay way more than average to use them after hours. Call around for quotes before using these guys.

They came right out and fixed a leak I was having underneath my bathroom sink. Fast and courteous service. I highly recommend.

Roto-rooter might get the job done, but it is a terrible experience along the way. The company does not care about the customer experience and just tries to get every dollar they can. They told me multiple times that my leak was category 1, but invoiced me for category 3 services.Their accounts payable clerk is trying to charge me even more money now because the company does not know what is even going on. Roto-rooter is aware there is a claim that needs to be processed through my insurance company, yet they are trying to strong-arm me before the insurance company can review their invoice.Even performing the services was a struggle for them. Their technician was not on the same page with the restoration manager. Everyone was pointing fingers at each other. Very frustrating experience.I will never use this company ever again. I would never recommend this company. Just a joke.

AMAZING QUICK AND SUPER EFFICIENT. 🚨AUDI was awesome, came back and just checked to make sure everything was completed to satisfaction. This is the 2nd time having these guys out. 1st icemageddon fixed a faucet. Now the outside faucet broke. AUDI to the rescue!

Called them out to check code on my tankless water heater. Flow issue with faucet in my bathroom. So I was charged $135 to replace the filter on my faucet. A part you can pickup at Lowe's for $2. The Rep came in with a smug attitude. Saying It will be $135 for my half hour of work. First you wasn't in my home for 30 minutes. So I had my wife pay him. I only called them because they installed our tankless. Another plumber came out due to a low pressure issue due to filter on our faucet. They told us what the problem was and didn't charge us $135 just replace a filter on the faucet. Safe to say Horizon Plumbing service has lost a customer....

Edit Response: OK I understand Stand that. We've called out another plumbing service for the same issue as your tech repaired. They told us what the issue was ( a filter just needed to be cleaned). They didn't charge $135 for their service fee. They just told us to clean the filter. The reason we called you out. Was you replaced our tankless water heater. We was going to go with another plumbing company until our builder told us to wait for you guys because you put the system in when the house was built. It's a lesson learned for us. In the future we will look to other plumbing companies to find the right fit for us. By the way your tech did say it will be $135 for the Hour work he did. So that's why my review mentioned that. You say it's a service fee. But lesson learned. We've been in Texas for a few years. We just need to find a plumbing company we're comfortable with.

Called one of the big companies I used before but they would not estimate sight unseen. Couldn’t risk being hundreds off, I understand but at the end of the month really just needed ballpark for such a simple gig and needed completed same day without having to call some one else if it was too high. And I don’t have the time to do it myself.

Estimated over phone, keep in mind it was a couple of simple toilet supply line shut off valves ( just note she may not be able to estimate large gigs sight unseen - and I wouldn’t either). She was prompt in communication, arrived when she estimated and made repairs so quick and done right! It took like maybe 45 minutes at most! Nikki will be my new go to plumber - Plus she is local! They are probably not the cheapest but their service is top notch. Rachel was very helpful in getting the tech out to us pretty quickly for a plumbing emergency. Steven, the leas tech was very professional and knowledgeable. I’m glad there are companies out there like KMP who genuinely care about their customers and their reputation.
