As the Administrator of Santa Fe Trails Assisted Living and Memory care, we experienced a major water leak in our community due to the recent winter freeze. KMP plumbing graciously squeezed us in these past few days, they were prompt, professional and utilized their skills to repair what needed to be repaired. Our residents now have water flowing in the building! We almost did a 'water dance' when we did not hear the sounds of water dripping other than a faucet. Thank you ! We will definitely use you all again if needed.

I really appreciate the work that Tyler the service technician took care of to clear my drain pipes. We could not find the outside drain cleanout, which he found out later was buried underneath the AC unit before I bought the home. When Tyler arrived for the service call my toilet and bathtub were not draining. Tyler climbed up on top of the roof and ran the equipment through a pipe on my roof near my bathroom area. It did not take too long before everything started draining again. I felt Tyler was very honest, trust worthy and professional.

I used Roto-Rooter when i had an emergency due to a clogged Drain. I tried my self and couldn't fix. They were very responsive to getting someone out to my house quickly. They texted when they were on their way. When they got to my house they repaired the drain as expected! Thank you!

Came home to clogged sewer line had no tiolets or shower, my blood pressure went thru roof a full house of family and no toilets. Found MD Dutton plumbing Misty answered the phone at 7:30 pm got me scheduled for next morning Taylor came out took care of the problem very professional. Would recommend to everyone. I work in construction so I know how hard it is to find reliable trades.

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
