Plumbing (not a leak) kitchen disposal unit making awful grinding, metallic noises. Died from old age, needed replacement . Had just what I needed & the technician (Tommy Dudley)provided expert service and options . Aside from my new disposal, he offered a complete home plumbing “physical” - like water heaters, etc. Todays urgent focus was disposal however.Knowledgeable, experienced,courteous & same day service!

I never ever leave a review, but Charlie with Paschal today, certainly deserves one.Charlie not only knew what he was doing, but you could tell right away he was a true professional. He was quick and efficient in fixing our problem, plus he was a very polite and personable young man I can promise you this: any future plumbing needs in our household, we'll be calling Paschal and asking for Charlie! They would not guarantee me a time to be out to the house. I’ve been waiting since 11am for them to call me and they not once called the tech or inquired about where I was in the line up. Now the tech is running behind and I’m out of time.
