I usually don't write reviews, unless the service is horrible or really awesome! Well, Low-Cost Plumbing deserves some recognition here. We've used Low-Cost Plumbing twice before and a third time around today. They are professional, friendly, mindful, and honest experts in the work they do. Let me start with the office staff: Priscilla is wonderful. She greets you on the phone, call and update you when the technician are on their way to your house. If they have your email and a phone number on file, you'll receive multiple notices (via phone call, text, and emails, mind they'll ask you in advance if these communications are OK with you) of your appointment(s), when the technician are on their way, your paid invoice(s) or bids. So, really, you can't complain that they didn't make any effort to get in contact with you. Moreover, the three technician we had - have been great! They are professional experts and honest with their work and opinions. I wished I remember their names (my apologies!). Before starting their tasks, they listen to your concerns, examine the issue(s), propose what they plan to do, provide you with the estimate, if the cost sounds right, you sign the contract, copies of the contract are given to you, and they get to work. They're mindful of your space, time, and ensure there's no mess during and after their work. Once the work is completed, they'll illustrate what they did and ensure you are happy with it. Copies of the invoice(s) and payment(s) are sent to you via text or email, and they'll be on their way.
