Knowledgeable, but wanted $1273 labor +$350 parts for a repair that took me (not a plumber) 1.5 hrs labor and $127 parts (retail not his wholesale price).

They were amazing, worked quickly and in such a beautiful manner. They even called to check up on us. We were living in a hot box it was broken for over a month. And once they received the green light from my landlord they came right away and installed a new one. I have 4 children and the man that came to my door said the job usually takes half a day, but they sent out their best to finish in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend they are awesome.

Oh my gosh! I cannot say enough about this company. We had a mini split installed by someone else, and they did a horrible job! They left exposed wires, and didn’t even cover the hoses that were going around the room. Our installer left a hazardous mess, and our unit even stopped working a couple of weeks later. We googled Controlled climates, and decided to have them come out and fix our mess because we were so unhappy with our first installation. The lady who set up our installation was so amazing over the phone, and set up A reinstall. Once our appointment date approached, the installer (Raymond Montez) Came out, gave us tons of information about our equipment, and how it worked, explained in detail exactly what they were going to do and walked us through it. The job took all day, because technically, they had to do double the work by tearing out everything our first installer did, and obviously, this was a huge installation to begin with. Raymond was very particular, and very detailed with each step of the installation. When they were done installing our unit, it looked very clean, and professionally done.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Did a wonderful job installing a gas tankless water heater, new floor drain and two tubs with two new faucets for my new grooming salon. I have also had them come out to my house to unclog my shower and fix my toilet.

Chris is amazing. We bought a house with a known long-standing drainage and flooding problem, and found out how bad it was only two months into home ownership, when our sunken living room flooded. Several contractors estimated $20-$30K to rip out and replace the entire area drainage, without even knowing what or where the actual problem was. Chris spent over an hour with us explaining the most common problems, and providing substantial free expertise. He brought his equipment the next day and cleaned out our area drainage system, removing 30+ years of dirt, rocks, and roots. He also pinpointed the real problem: a redwood root that completely crushed the drain pipe. He even ran through our sewer pipe as a bonus and found where the original landscapers put a hole in the pipe to plant a bush that was slowly clogging it. Thanks to his camera diagnostics, we could see the problems clearly. We can make some of the fixes ourselves and are ultimately spending a few thousand, rather than replacing the entire system AND eventually having the sewer clog (yuck!). We will absolutely be hiring him to come back and do regular maintenance so our drainage doesn't get full of roots again. I highly recommend him - he has the tools and the expertise to find the problem areas so you aren't flying blind trying to fix things, and he is great at showing and explaining what happened so we can avoid repeating the mistakes the prior homeowner made. On 12/20/2021 we awoke to huge mess in our garage! Our water broke and only 4 days to christmas, we called All Britton plumbing and they were booked solid and couldn't come for a week! The lady referred us to A Reliable plumbing, these men were amazing they came and replaced our water heater quickly and water back on! Thank you Manuel and crew, for quick and friendly service. As for pricing we feel it was fair for a new water heater

Ours was an unusual case. They came out which they were very respectful of our home. However the issues started when the son quote me a price than his dad undermined the price I was given and added 150 dollars to the original price that I was just quoted 1 min before for the same job...I agreed just because they said they could come out the next day between 1 and 2. The next day I get an automated message now saying 1 to 3 which that fine not big deal but as time is here for my apt they called and rescheduled as another customers job was worse than they expected, things happen...they told me they would be out 10 to 1030, that time comes no call or text ,I texted asking what time they would be out, didn't get a reply. I called but there was no answer so because I didn't hear back until my husbend already went and got the parts we fixed the problem ourselves, which is good saved money but just wish the experience was better incase we need a plumber in the future Thats why the 3 stars as it ended up being neither a good thing or bad thing. However that's just our experience and I am sure it doesn't go like that everytime so its maybe worth a shot if you need a local plumber.
