We had a scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, the office misunderstood the needed services. When the young man came he said it would be double the price we were quoted.

I am really impressed by this company. Chris was professional, knowledgeable and quick to find my issue. He found my main pipe was clogged and had it cleared out in no time! The cost was surprisingly low for the job at hand. I hope I don’t need a plumber again but if I do, it’s going to be Chris’s Rooter.

He did a great job..and took care of the problem..

These guys are great. Showed up on time. We had a leak from our upstairs bathroom that leaked to our downstairs kitchen. This was a very difficult problem to diagnose as it could have been anywhere between floors. Al Senior quickly found the problem and fixed the plumbing. They even repaired the kitchen ceiling perfectly! Al has been a licensed plumber for decades and really knows his craft. Their prices were reasonable, and they were great to work with. I think it could have taken a less experienced plumber days to fix this, if they could fix it at all. I can't recommend Al & Sons enough.

We used Pacific Plumbing through our warranty company like others. They were very professional and great to work with. I needed to call the office several times and Nancy was extremely professional and helpful each time. Blake replaced our water heater and was very courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely use Pacific Plumbing again.
