Franco's Plumbing is the best company I have ever used for plumbing issues, heater issues and A/C issues. They go above and beyond. Our air conditioning unit was not working properly, so we had to shut it off. We called Controlled Climates and we had a person come out the next day, find what was wrong, and fix it. He did not leave until our air conditioner was working properly. And of course this all happened when it was over 100° outside, so we really needed it fixed. Dallas was our service tech and he was extremely professional, he knew what he was doing, and he got it done. We will always call Controlled Climates to service our air conditioning/heater.

Pacific Plumbing was assigned to us by our home warranty company. Pacific Plumbing replaced what we thought was the main shut off valve. turns out it was not, they replaced the wrong valve. we called them back out thinking the main valve was broken again. they came out and turns out what we had them replace was not the main valve afterall. it was on their second visit wherein, they pointed out our main shut off valve was located in a different area and works fine. Wish that had been caught on their first visit since we ended up paying for them to replace the wrong valve. Unfortunately, the valve we thought was the main shutoff was originally pointed out to us by our home inspector - turns out he was wrong. Pacific Plumbing was responsive and punctual.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Did a wonderful job installing a gas tankless water heater, new floor drain and two tubs with two new faucets for my new grooming salon. I have also had them come out to my house to unclog my shower and fix my toilet.
