John did a wonderful job! He made sure that we understood everything about our service. He needed to go through our master closet to get to our attic. He put drapes on all my clothing and made sure that nothing got ruined. He even vacuumed up the carpet when he left to make sure it was left better than he found it. He told us about the membership but did not oversell to seem forceful. We will now be taking part in the membership and hope to have John come back and service our AC unit again.

These guys are great. Showed up on time. We had a leak from our upstairs bathroom that leaked to our downstairs kitchen. This was a very difficult problem to diagnose as it could have been anywhere between floors. Al Senior quickly found the problem and fixed the plumbing. They even repaired the kitchen ceiling perfectly! Al has been a licensed plumber for decades and really knows his craft. Their prices were reasonable, and they were great to work with. I think it could have taken a less experienced plumber days to fix this, if they could fix it at all. I can't recommend Al & Sons enough.

The company called me on Thursday saying Friday between 12 and five they will be out there to replace the AC part that bad they never called to say that they were running behind they never did anything to let me know that they were not coming I had away all weekend to get a hold of them and then when I finally did talk to them she told me between 9 o’clock and 12 so will be out there to fix the AC but yet they still have not showed up I will never recommend them

Unfortunately, our air conditioning unit failed us a week ago when temperatures were expected to reach 110+ degrees. Fortunately, after calling on repair companies that were booked out to the following week, Controlled Climates Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. just happened to have a cancellation for that morning, repairing our unit within a few minutes. And better yet, charged us for an unbelievably reasonable price. We're cool with that! Thank you, Controlled Climates!
