Franco's Plumbing is the best company I have ever used for plumbing issues, heater issues and A/C issues. They go above and beyond. Are quick and efficient and their crew are all around super nice people. I'm a Manager without a maintenance tech right now and they have come to the rescue more times than I can count. I can't say enough good things about Controlled Climates and Ray. Our heater broke and Ray came out to fix it. He was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. He put down a tarp and wore covers on his shoes to keep our carpets clean. Ray quickly fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. I was very impressed with his professionalism and I will definitely be calling them again if I should have issues in the future.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Did a wonderful job installing a gas tankless water heater, new floor drain and two tubs with two new faucets for my new grooming salon. I have also had them come out to my house to unclog my shower and fix my toilet.

Chris is a very honest and dependable man. (We used Acme drain for years where he worked with his father before starting his own business.)Now we get the same great service that we are used to with Chris' Rooter. These guys are great. Showed up on time. We had a leak from our upstairs bathroom that leaked to our downstairs kitchen. This was a very difficult problem to diagnose as it could have been anywhere between floors. Al Senior quickly found the problem and fixed the plumbing. They even repaired the kitchen ceiling perfectly! Al has been a licensed plumber for decades and really knows his craft. Their prices were reasonable, and they were great to work with. I think it could have taken a less experienced plumber days to fix this, if they could fix it at all. I can't recommend Al & Sons enough.
