Michael Sanders provided true excellence in his craft and in customer service. He is personable and kind. He works very, very hard and takes true pride in what he does. I cannot recommend him highly enough.First, he arrived on time, fully masked, and immediately got to work. He came to do an inspection and when he got here, he asked what the pain points were at present. When I told him the kitchen sink was clogged and that another company said we needed $750 worth of work to get it unclogged, he asked if I would mind if he tried to get it unclogged. Given thst a previous plumber had tried, unsuccessfully, with an electric snake for 30 minutes, I didn't have a lot of confidence that it could be done. But I thought, why not. Oh my goodness, I am so glad I did. Michael worked and worked and worked until that clog was 100% cleared. And with my Lee's membership, I was charged a third of what the other plumber said he wanted to charge. When I was talking with him about the Perils of being a woman using contractor services, and how often I feel that I'm getting taken advantage of, he said simply, Some people are in it for the money. I'm in it to help people. And I believe him.He did also do what he came here to do which was the inspection. He reviewed water flow and drainage and all of my bathrooms and informed me of things that are not an issue now but could be in the future. Again, this speaks to the tremendous Integrity that he brings to his work; he could have tried to upsell me and did nothing of the sort.Again, I cannot speak highly enough of this man and the work that he does.Additionally, I highly recommend Lee's membership plan. With it, I get 2 HVAC inspections per year plus 1 annual plumbing inspection, and a discount on any services that I need in either area. They also offer priority service to their members which meant that I got to have Michael come in less than 24 hours after I called. When I can tell, they also operate with integrity. And as a woman who is a first-time home buyer, that means a lot.

Knowledgeable, but wanted $1273 labor +$350 parts for a repair that took me (not a plumber) 1.5 hrs labor and $127 parts (retail not his wholesale price).

Has a nice camera if you need diagnostics.

Martinez Plumbing provided excellent service for our tap installation. They were punctual, professional, and completed the job with precision. Highly recommended!

Martin was professional and easygoing. He and his partner cleaned two storm drains for our business in about an hour. Waiting for the rain to test out the unclogged drains this week.

The only business to pick up the phone call and came in 40min as they promised. They were quick to detect the problem on our swear pipe that had tree roots and was causing our toilet and shower to clog. Fair prices and nice service.

Waited a few weeks to review to make sure nothing happened with the repair, so I am now confident that this company does excellent work. Called in a panic as my bathroom sinks were needing repair with Easter being the next day and having a huge party scheduled. The plumbing specialist arrived the same day and completed the repair at the quoted cost. He even had to run and get the correct connections but was back and done in very short time. Great Company and great people, will be sharing my experiences. Thank you

They were amazing, worked quickly and in such a beautiful manner. They even called to check up on us. We were living in a hot box it was broken for over a month. And once they received the green light from my landlord they came right away and installed a new one. I have 4 children and the man that came to my door said the job usually takes half a day, but they sent out their best to finish in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend they are awesome.

I recommend this company they are very professional curtious and know what they are doing. Worth the 5 stars thank you to all from office staff answering the phones to techs and service people.

I was assigned this company through my home warranty service for a broken water heater. My issue was very poor customer service after a scheduling error btwn the warranty company and them. When I was unhappy with having to wait longer for things that weren't my fault, I was basically told that if I needed a replacement, they wouldn't schedule it until later if they got service calls after mine AFTER... Sounds like they try to pack in the clients, overbook, to cash out rather than take good care of the ones they already have. Nancy, one of the owners apparently, was so rude, argumentative, and defensive on the phone, I did not even get to the point of having a technician come to my home. I canceled, with a broken water heater. What I saw as a simple scheduling mistake that could be fixed got turned into Nancy saying So your calling me a liar, me thinking there was a conspiricy against me (Nancy's words not mine) and me not understanding the .process. I was also told this has never happened before unaccountability much?. It was insulting and while I might not understand the process, I do understand customer service and business and this was not a good example of either. After reading these reviews and the companies responses to the poor ones, I am obviously not inaccurate in my opinion that she was unprofessional and argumentative and I am happy I did not use them...maybe I'll get a rude, argumentative response to this review, or maybe (hopefully) instead of being defensive with customers online, they'll spend that time taking care of future customers properly :)

Dave is truly an honest and and competent craftsman. I would not think of calling anyone else for any Plumbing needs.

I am so pleased with this company! They came out on Easter for an emergency. The sewer was backing up while the house was full of people! Chris was very quick to find the issue and had the parts on his truck to fix it. Family dinner saved!!

Ours was an unusual case. They came out which they were very respectful of our home. However the issues started when the son quote me a price than his dad undermined the price I was given and added 150 dollars to the original price that I was just quoted 1 min before for the same job...I agreed just because they said they could come out the next day between 1 and 2. The next day I get an automated message now saying 1 to 3 which that fine not big deal but as time is here for my apt they called and rescheduled as another customers job was worse than they expected, things happen...they told me they would be out 10 to 1030, that time comes no call or text ,I texted asking what time they would be out, didn't get a reply. I called but there was no answer so because I didn't hear back until my husbend already went and got the parts we fixed the problem ourselves, which is good saved money but just wish the experience was better incase we need a plumber in the future Thats why the 3 stars as it ended up being neither a good thing or bad thing. However that's just our experience and I am sure it doesn't go like that everytime so its maybe worth a shot if you need a local plumber.
