Best Service Plumbing in Fresno CA

The owner's son, Ron, came to the house to scope out our sewer line problem. Paid his fee of $249 at the time, he diagnosed the problem, quoted a price of $250 to take care of it and we scheduled an appointment for 10:00 on the morning of 1-7-20. Got a call that morning that their serviceman was running behind and to expect him around 12 noon. He arrived at 1:00 p.m. Then he proceeded to tell me that he did not bring the proper equipment and we rescheduled for 10:00 a.m. on the 9th. I received a call that morning at 9:15 to say that the service man was on his way over. Normally that would not be a problem but I was on my way to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription for my wife. Never made it, I turned around and came back home. This time I was presented an invoice for $175 more that the original quote. When I objected, the service man called the shop and then told me that he did not have the proper equipment with him to do the job. This was a scenario that the Three Stooges would have been proud of. I told him to go on to his next job and not bother coming back. I've found that communications among the management and employees at Vern's to be suspect, appointments with them are merely a suggestion and common courtesy non-existent. Ron, if you're reading this, when we first met I told you that our former plumber, one we had depended on for more than 10 years, and passed away in 2019 and that we were looking for a new service provider. At this point, you were replaced before you even began

Ebert came to our house to help us with a water heater which was improperly installed. He was extremely knowledgable, friendly and professional. We decided to take his advice and he made us an appointment to fix the issue immediately. Ebert was great to work with and would definitely call Lee's again.

Moses did an amazing job. Highly recommend. He was prepared for the huge mess we had. Water leaking outside, under the sink and to the dishwasher. So bad the outside wall was rotting. Other plumber told us three weeks and a friend recommended them. So happy I listened as opposed to waiting or figuring out. He helped repair the main water line, replace items under the sink and connected our new dishwasher. We do a lot of DIY but this was no easy fix and before my dad could get in they came to the rescue. They were scheduled for the next day but had an opening and came in a day earlier. It was my birthday and I spent all morning crying and stressed about what a mess it was. I couldn’t even use the sink without a mess of water. He even helped with our old dishwasher. Super friendly and nice service. Being as frugal as we are I had no problem writing that check and feeling like I got my money’s worth. Would use again and recommend for your disaster.

Ours was an unusual case. They came out which they were very respectful of our home. However the issues started when the son quote me a price than his dad undermined the price I was given and added 150 dollars to the original price that I was just quoted 1 min before for the same job...I agreed just because they said they could come out the next day between 1 and 2. The next day I get an automated message now saying 1 to 3 which that fine not big deal but as time is here for my apt they called and rescheduled as another customers job was worse than they expected, things happen...they told me they would be out 10 to 1030, that time comes no call or text ,I texted asking what time they would be out, didn't get a reply. I called but there was no answer so because I didn't hear back until my husbend already went and got the parts we fixed the problem ourselves, which is good saved money but just wish the experience was better incase we need a plumber in the future Thats why the 3 stars as it ended up being neither a good thing or bad thing. However that's just our experience and I am sure it doesn't go like that everytime so its maybe worth a shot if you need a local plumber.

Efficiencies

They were amazing, worked quickly and in such a beautiful manner. They even called to check up on us. We were living in a hot box it was broken for over a month. And once they received the green light from my landlord they came right away and installed a new one. I have 4 children and the man that came to my door said the job usually takes half a day, but they sent out their best to finish in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend they are awesome.

It was a great day when we discovered Ray Montes, owner of Controlled Climates! We had just spent a lot of money on a new AC install from another company but were not happy with the results. That large company would not correct the problems without charging us a lot more money. Our neighbor (who is a very pleased customer of Controlled Climates) suggested that Ray take a look at our situation. We were very impressed with Ray's knowledge, his expertise, his honesty, his work ethic and actual concern for our situation. For very little cost, he remedied our AC challenges so that we were finally comfortable. Our cul-de-sac neighbors are such great fans of Controlled Climates that 3 of us schedule our semi annual maintenance visits for the same day. We only wish we'd found Controlled Climates sooner!! Highly recommended!

When my hot water heater stopped working I called Fidelity Home Warranty and they sent Pacific Plumbing to my home the next day. Eddie and Jerry diagnosed the issue and determined I needed a new one. Eddie and Jerry were great, they managed to light the pilot and got the old going long enough so I was able to take a shower and do some dishes. To my satisfaction, Pacific called the next day to schedule the install - and the were able to do the work the very next day, a Friday before the long weekend.

Eddie and Jerry came out and did a great job on the prep work and Dustin and Tony installed the new water heater. They even cleaned out the closet when they were finished with the install. (Swept up the floor and disposed of the debris that was under the stackable washer and dryer - which they had to move in order to get the H2O heater out.)

All told, I was very impressed with their professionalism. They came at the exact appointed time and finished the job in 75 minutes. I am very happy with my interaction with everyone at Pacifuc. Nancy, the dispatcher was very helpful and curtious in scheduling everything and coordinating with Fidelity. I will definitely use Pacific Plumbing in the future - hopefully I will never need their service again! Keeping my fingers ceissed!
