Rudy provided exceptional service for an ongoing duct issue we’ve been having for the past 2 years. The former Lee’s technicians said they couldn’t access the duct. Our entire HVAC system was built and installed by Lee’s 5 years ago. How could a duct not be accessible?? And how could Lee’s not have found this issue the last 3 times we had techs out for a duct issue??Rudy went at it from 3 different angles and didn’t give up. On the the third attempt he got as close to the duct as possible. He found the problem, took photos and showed us, along with letting us know that there are many signs of large rodents under the house. Clearly seen in the photos. Finally we know what the issue is and what to do about it!Rudy explained everything thoroughly, recommended getting an exterminator before getting started on repairing the duct. He explained how he will make the duct accessible going forward and got an estimate for repair within an hour or so. Also, this service was free of charge this time.He has an extremely kind, respectful, patient and warm personality, which I find so important alongside his expertise. I have used A-Reliable in the past for main line cleaning and didn’t have issues until now. However, the last time they were here I asked about my kitchen sink having low pressure and they told me it could be my angle stop or faucet. So I called them back later to schedule an appt for them to fix my angle stop. They came out and didn’t check my angle stop, but instead said I need a new faucet and charged me $85 for coming out. They told me when I made the appt that the $85 would be waived if they did service. But charged me $85 anyways and did no service to my angle stop, only saying I need to call back when I have a faucet but the $85 won’t be waived at that time either since it will be a separate appointment. I went out to buy a faucet and called another plumber instead. The other plumber came out and said he needed to check the angle stop first. He replaces my angle stop and said my faucet is fine. My water pressure is back to normal. I called A-reliable left a message to speak to the manager but they never called me back. I can’t believe they got away with charging me $85 to come out and do NOTHING! and not even look at the angle stop which is why I called them out to begin with. Instead they told me to go out and buy a faucet that I didn’t even need! I will never use them again!!!! Oh, and the other plumber asked me who came out, and when I told him it was A-reliable he called the plumber by name and said he knows him, all he said was ‘’what? He should have known better….I can tell it was your angle stop just by looking at it because it’s broken’’.

They came right out ..explained exactly what they were doing ..Did a great job.

The Rodriquez brothers were very professional and reasonable pricing . They were able to come out same day and ger the job done same day ! Highly recommend their service ! Definitely would call them again when needed !

Ours was an unusual case. They came out which they were very respectful of our home. However the issues started when the son quote me a price than his dad undermined the price I was given and added 150 dollars to the original price that I was just quoted 1 min before for the same job...I agreed just because they said they could come out the next day between 1 and 2. The next day I get an automated message now saying 1 to 3 which that fine not big deal but as time is here for my apt they called and rescheduled as another customers job was worse than they expected, things happen...they told me they would be out 10 to 1030, that time comes no call or text ,I texted asking what time they would be out, didn't get a reply. I called but there was no answer so because I didn't hear back until my husbend already went and got the parts we fixed the problem ourselves, which is good saved money but just wish the experience was better incase we need a plumber in the future Thats why the 3 stars as it ended up being neither a good thing or bad thing. However that's just our experience and I am sure it doesn't go like that everytime so its maybe worth a shot if you need a local plumber.

The timing is like clockwork. One truck was taking away my old unit and was only gone for just a few minutes when the truck carrying my new BOSCH unit came rolling up. I can't even hear the new unit it's so quiet. I've only had it for a few days, can't wait to see how it works during the hot days in Fresno, CA.

I have had nothing but horror experiences with plumbers dispatched from our home warranty company! To my surprise Pacific Plumbing was the complete opposite!! They showed up when they stated they would, received a courtesy phone call to inform me they were on their way, and came prepared to work! The gal at the office even confirmed the work to be done! So when they arrived they had their tools, equipment and replacement parts needed!!! To my surprise they competed the job in less than an hour, and even cleaned up after themselves!!!
