On 12/20/2021 we awoke to huge mess in our garage! Our water broke and only 4 days to christmas, we called All Britton plumbing and they were booked solid and couldn't come for a week! The lady referred us to A Reliable plumbing, these men were amazing they came and replaced our water heater quickly and water back on! Thank you Manuel and crew, for quick and friendly service. Chris is amazing. We bought a house with a known long-standing drainage and flooding problem, and found out how bad it was only two months into home ownership, when our sunken living room flooded. Several contractors estimated $20-$30K to rip out and replace the entire area drainage, without even knowing what or where the actual problem was. Chris spent over an hour with us explaining the most common problems, and providing substantial free expertise. He brought his equipment the next day and cleaned out our area drainage system, removing 30+ years of dirt, rocks, and roots. He also pinpointed the real problem: a redwood root that completely crushed the drain pipe. He even ran through our sewer pipe as a bonus and found where the original landscapers put a hole in the pipe to plant a bush that was slowly clogging it. Thanks to his camera diagnostics, we could see the problems clearly. We can make some of the fixes ourselves and are ultimately spending a few thousand, rather than replacing the entire system AND eventually having the sewer clog (yuck!). We will absolutely be hiring him to come back and do regular maintenance so our drainage doesn't get full of roots again. I highly recommend him - he has the tools and the expertise to find the problem areas so you aren't flying blind trying to fix things, and he is great at showing and explaining what happened so we can avoid repeating the mistakes the prior homeowner made. These guys are great. Showed up on time. We had a leak from our upstairs bathroom that leaked to our downstairs kitchen. This was a very difficult problem to diagnose as it could have been anywhere between floors. Al Senior quickly found the problem and fixed the plumbing. They even repaired the kitchen ceiling perfectly! Al has been a licensed plumber for decades and really knows his craft. Their prices were reasonable, and they were great to work with. I think it could have taken a less experienced plumber days to fix this, if they could fix it at all. I can't recommend Al & Sons enough.

Pacific Plumbing was assigned to us by our home warranty company. Pacific Plumbing replaced what we thought was the main shut off valve. turns out it was not, they replaced the wrong valve. we called them back out thinking the main valve was broken again. they came out and turns out what we had them replace was not the main valve afterall. it was on their second visit wherein, they pointed out our main shut off valve was located in a different area and works fine. Wish that had been caught on their first visit since we ended up paying for them to replace the wrong valve. Unfortunately, the valve we thought was the main shutoff was originally pointed out to us by our home inspector - turns out he was wrong. Pacific Plumbing was responsive and punctual.

American Home Sheild assigned this business for my leaking toilet. He never called. I left voicemails and he still never called. I spent over an hour on the phone with AHS for a new plumber. What a joke! He finally came, spent 5 minutes and basically lied. AHS denied my claim. Absolutely frustrating and awful experience! I also cancelled my contract with AHS.
