Our air conditioner was just replaced by Lee’s Air. They are very friendly and professional. When they came into our home, they always wore shoe covers. They replaced the vent and cleaned up all bits of debris that fell and left everything very clean. We immediately noticed the difference in our bedrooms. Very nice and comfortable. It was all around a great experience. I would highly recommend them.

I have used A-Reliable in the past for main line cleaning and didn’t have issues until now. However, the last time they were here I asked about my kitchen sink having low pressure and they told me it could be my angle stop or faucet. So I called them back later to schedule an appt for them to fix my angle stop. They came out and didn’t check my angle stop, but instead said I need a new faucet and charged me $85 for coming out. They told me when I made the appt that the $85 would be waived if they did service. But charged me $85 anyways and did no service to my angle stop, only saying I need to call back when I have a faucet but the $85 won’t be waived at that time either since it will be a separate appointment. I went out to buy a faucet and called another plumber instead. The other plumber came out and said he needed to check the angle stop first. He replaces my angle stop and said my faucet is fine. My water pressure is back to normal. I called A-reliable left a message to speak to the manager but they never called me back. I can’t believe they got away with charging me $85 to come out and do NOTHING! and not even look at the angle stop which is why I called them out to begin with. Instead they told me to go out and buy a faucet that I didn’t even need! I will never use them again!!!! Oh, and the other plumber asked me who came out, and when I told him it was A-reliable he called the plumber by name and said he knows him, all he said was ‘’what? He should have known better….I can tell it was your angle stop just by looking at it because it’s broken’’.

They replaced our water filter system. The work was done promptly and well.

These guys are great. Showed up on time. We had a leak from our upstairs bathroom that leaked to our downstairs kitchen. This was a very difficult problem to diagnose as it could have been anywhere between floors. Al Senior quickly found the problem and fixed the plumbing. They even repaired the kitchen ceiling perfectly! Al has been a licensed plumber for decades and really knows his craft. Their prices were reasonable, and they were great to work with. I think it could have taken a less experienced plumber days to fix this, if they could fix it at all. I can't recommend Al & Sons enough.

Ray and his crew recently repiped my house. I like to learn from professionals and value quality work. Ray told me in detail what he was going to do before, what he was doing during, and did a walk through after he finished the job. He even found problems with my a/c I was not aware of and gave me references for an a/c repairman. They were all very nice, did the job efficiently and cleaned everything up as they went. I would highly recommend him.

My senior parents had no hot water in the house and I called Franco's and they were there first thing the next day. My parents said they were very respectful and did a great job. Also fixed 2 faucets that were barely dripping and installed a new faucet in another.
I live out of state, they sent pictures to me and stayed in contact with me throughout the process. Very much appreciated.

He swiftly assessed the issue and replaced the disposal, cleaned up the area and politely reviewed the closing documents. It was a pleasure working with this company.
