Great job reasonably price

Going above and beyond the call of duty is an understatement. Rapid Rooter Drain Master & Plumbing Experts were absolutely incredible. We had some plumbing issues with sinks and drains and they were courteous, prompt, helpful, efficient, fair, and extremely knowledgable. I highly recommend them for all things plumbing. The work they did was professional and everything works perfectly. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

The owner Benjamin was very responsive and took the time to answer all my questions. He would have come out the same day but I told him it was not an emergency and could wait. The next morning Matthew arrived with a new water heater and promptly installed it for me. Matthew was kind courteous professional, took the time to explain everything including how to service it once a year and how to place it in standby when going on vaca.
Not only is this company reliable responsive and professional but they beat all other quotes and time frames to do the job. I've had other plumbing companies come out through the years for various jobs but I have to say I was totally impressed and happy with A1 Noble and they are now my go to plumbers.

Company was unprofessional. Didn't call to notify me about anything, was impossible to get a hold of and the company was not on the same page. Got 3 different quotes for one job in which they didn't finish. Called them the first time to fix a clog and they ended up damaging my shower. Second time calling them to fix water damage from the shower and the toilet and they didn't do it correctly. Didn't take out the part of the wall that has the actual damage, broke the flange where the toilet sat on and didn't tell me or it was broken and they didn't tell me and then they proceeded to want to charge me extra for a job in which they were supposed to do anyways. Not impressed, won't recommend.
