He called me and after I told him my problem he said, I'm going to save you $100 and he walked me through how to fix the problem I was having with my garbage disposal and it was FIXED!!! My goodness, you just don't get this kind of service and honesty today anymore. He even helped me fix the issue I thought I had with an electrical outlet so I didn't have to hire an electrician and all over the phone. So guess who my new plumber is for ALL my plumbing needs and more!? Yep...THANK YOU JOHN!!!!!!!!!

I had a plumbing leak emergency late on a Friday, so I had trouble getting a hold of a plumber. Xue Vang was the only one to respond back. He fit me in after his last call of the day. Because of the severity of the issue, he had to come back the next day to replace some piping. He went above and beyond after the job was finished. I had water pressure issues due to having to turn the water off overnight, so he stuck around to troubleshoot and even cleared a line that was blocked. It’s customer service like this that will make me a loyal customer if the need arises.

I found a water leak. Dug it up myself and found my main water line leaking. I called the city of clovis and they recommended premier plumbing. They promptly arrived, looked at the hole, drained the water out and quoted me a price for repair. They were in and out in about an hour. The technicians cleaned everything as if they were never there.I would recommend them if you are in a pinch or need honest work.

Unfortunately for us the tech was unaware how to fix our tankless water heater and we still had to pay a fee close to 100. The upside was the tech and his son were very nice.

Had a broken main water pipe between the meter and the main supply to the house. They did an amazing job of digging up the lawn to fix the pipe without ruining the lawn or making a huge mess. A few days later and you'd never know they were here. Very reasonable cost that came in under the estimate. A rarity any time. Terrific technician and great service.
