John did a wonderful job! He made sure that we understood everything about our service. He needed to go through our master closet to get to our attic. He put drapes on all my clothing and made sure that nothing got ruined. He even vacuumed up the carpet when he left to make sure it was left better than he found it. He told us about the membership but did not oversell to seem forceful. We will now be taking part in the membership and hope to have John come back and service our AC unit again.

$1700 to clearn my AC and add 2 lb of antifreeze is a little high. Unless that the going rate with all the AC repair right now. Nothing against them but it was $800+ to clearn the AC. The guy told me he will not be able to tell me what is wrong with it unless he clearn it. That's $800+. In my mind, do I paid the $100 and call someone else to see if it's cheaper? $800 is a lot of money for 10 minutes work, but he say the chemicals cost money. So I went with it. After it's clearn. I'm $900 in the work. The bad news is my AC is leaking. Will cost $5000 to $7000 to fix it. Or $30000 for a new one. But it's out of antifreeze and it will be $350+ per pound. So I added 2 lb, that's how my total was $1700. Just putting some # out there to see if that's too high or it's the going rate. So $9000 to fix or $30000 for a new unit. Remember I bought this for less than $7000 20 to 25 years ago.

Needed a wall heater controller upgrade. They came out on time for a diagnostic and identified the solution in about 15 minutes. The parts were ordered and within a week, they returned (on time) and did a top-notch job for a reasonable price. They were there for as long as it took and were very professional. Also, their diagnostic fee was very reasonable and was waived in lieu of the job.
