Jose with Balanced Comfort was respectful and professional. He was able to quickly assess the issue and educate us on how to handle it in the future. They were able to make an appointment same day, and came during the time the set. I would recommend their services.

Called for an estimate. Needed AC service and had a leaking hot water heater tank. Scheduled and appointment for that Friday. They never showed up. Wasted the entire day waiting for them. They should've at least let us know they were running late, couldn't make it and reschedule, or said we don't want your business.
We ended up calling Lee's Heating & Air. Their office called the day before to confirm, and called the day of to say they were on the way. WHAT A BUSINESS CONCEPT!! . Lee's Heating & Air is the company to go with.
