Trey and Danny were very professional and polite. We discussed repairs needed and final cost of repairs were provided prior to any work performed . In all I had 4-1/4 turn shut of valves installed and a leaky sink pipe repaired! Definitely recommend using Service Squad for any plumbing issues!

Curtis was very professional, courteous and on time. He took the time to answer my questions and explained the warranty terms as well as the recommended steps that I would need to take in the future. The installation is good and I am very happy with his work. This is the second installation Benjamin Franklin has done for me, the first being in 2007. Never had an issue. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin and Curtis to anyone requesting my advice on a plumbing company. I had a slight smell of gas and Joe Azcona immediately came out and assured me there was no danger of fire or explosion. He promptly fixed the problem. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. I am convinced from all of my experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing technicians, as well telephone staff, that there is no better company to service my plumbing needs.

I couldn't be more than happy with Russell Plumbing and the gentlemen they sent out to my home to take care of a few things (replace outdoor faucets and quote other projects in the home). From the initial call, to the respectful and polite conduct of their plumbers, their knowledge and willingness to take a few moments to explain things to me, their honest prices (very reasonable, to be honest, I was expecting to pay significantly more than I did)...it was a blessing to have an old time, small town experience that is so elusive today (even in many small towns). I will enthusiastically recommend this company to anyone I know of in their service area. If you chose them, I am very confident that you won't be disappointed (based on my one fantastic experience with them)! If I had to summarize in a few words, wholesome, warm, and trustworthy come to mind.

Everyone did a great job. Terry was able to keep my tenant happy by running a snake and clearing the mainline. He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. Monica was great to talk to you and very helpful, she actually called me back after initially not finding a time available for today and she got me all set up. I had Terry Working on the job within an hour I think, job well done everyone

The plumbing technician came out and arrived within half an hour looking at everything and offering several different options. Had an emergency clog/backup on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. 3 other locations couldn’t help until Tuesday at the earliest, but Roto-Rooter FW had their on-call rep call me back in half the time they said and arrived within 2 hours. I expected the ‘holiday’ bill to be a tough one to swallow, but the entire service was extremely reasonable and affordable. I will be switching my primary plumbing needs to RR FW from now on. Thanks!

Bryon and his team know what they have to do, and get it done in a timely manner. They test and clean after themselves when they complete a job. Robin was a total professional and took care of my parents' issues ahead of schedule and under the initial estimate. These guys are not out there to make a dollar off you. After the way they took care of my parents, these are going to be our plumbers for life. We highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Busby Plumbing. I called them for a clogged drain and toilet that was not flushing. They came out within a couple of hours, they were extremely thorough and professional, and very detailed what they were doing. They also provided me with some things I can do to prevent the clog drain, as it was also the main drip line for the AC units. Lastly, the cost was very reasonable and affordable. I will never use another Plumber except Busby Plumbing.
