Nathan and Dylan were very professional and capable, even though I didn’t know anything about the houses plumbing they were able to figure it out quickly and preformed service with a smile.

John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

Billy's responsiveness, integrity, and workmanship are top notch. He was able to get the Salon Building's gas leak repaired in less time than anyone else quoted. I couldn't be more than happy with Russell Plumbing and the gentlemen they sent out to my home to take care of a few things (replace outdoor faucets and quote other projects in the home). From the initial call, to the respectful and polite conduct of their plumbers, their knowledge and willingness to take a few moments to explain things to me, their honest prices (very reasonable, to be honest, I was expecting to pay significantly more than I did)...it was a blessing to have an old time, small town experience that is so elusive today (even in many small towns). Everyone did a great job. Terry was able to keep my tenant happy by running a snake and clearing the mainline. He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. If anyone needs a plumber I can't recommend this company enough! They were able to send someone out to my parents house today. My poor mom is dealing with a lot and today she had water all over her front walkway and in the flowerbeds. With the freeze she was worried it was a broken pipe. The man that came out was so nice and honest. Honestly, we are sad we didn't know about this company sooner. The kindness and professionalism that they showed was amazing!
