Update: I no longer recommend ClearWater Plumbers. After we called them out the last time for water backing up into our tub and toilet, I was incredibly frustrated with their service, recommendations and cost to clear a clog that turned out to be the beginning of roots blocking my line. When the plumber first arrived, he couldn't find the main clean out and gave up rather quickly. It turns out after he left and we looked for it, it was right in our front yard next to the sidewalk. I was charged over $400 just to remove the toilet, run an auger to clear the clog and run a camera that took at most an hour. After that was done and he discovered the roots with the camera, I was not given the option to try destroying the roots with an auger, or any other affordable solutions. Instead the plumber immediately jumped to recommending changing out our entire main line to pvc for a whopping $7k. The roots were not severe, and barely were beginning to creep in to our main line. After my own research, i realized there are definitely other options to try first before changing out your entire main line. When we were hesitant and not immediately agreeing to the absurd recommendation, he began going lower in his quote to try to get us to schedule that day. From that experience, we felt they took advantage of our desperate situation to try and make as much money as possible. The plumber was nice enough and respectful, but did try to push us on a extremely expensive solutions. Not to mention the cost to clear the clog would have been cheaper if he had located the main line. After this experience, i no longer trust this company to not take advantage of its customers and charge exorbitant prices for any plumbing needs. I highly recommend you go with someone else because if it comes down to needing them for a job you may be desperate on, they will take advantage of you.*** Old review***I was recommended Clearwater by my realtor. Customer service was nice and efficient and Zach came out to give me a quote. He came back the next day to fix a leak in my 1940s house under my toilet. They replaced old cast iron and lead pipe from the ground up and put in a new toilet. My favorite thing about him and his partner that did the work was how clean they were. They put booties on and laid down a tarp as not to track dirt from the crawlspace on my rug as the access was in my bedroom closet. Zach also invited me to look at their work under the crawlspace and took the time to explain any questions I had about the work he did or potential work I needed done. They were kind, patient and professional, and I definitely will be calling them out for any plumbing work in the future!

Great service from United Plumbing. They installed our new water heater which was a real pain to get upstairs and into our attic. Very professional and thorough. And during the big freeze, there was a burst pipe which we fortunately isolated before there was any damage to the house. United Plumbing put us on their priority list and came over and replaced it in quick time. Highly recommend them.

Terrible experience just now November 2nd 2020 at 4:30 p.m. I CALLED Friday October 30th 2020 and spoke with Carol, set up an appointment with Carol and I was guarantied confirmation call November 2nd for the time frame for them to come out Tuesday November 3rd.

I waited all day today and called at 4:30 p.m. to find out what happened for the phone call. She stated she was on a conference call! All day? She said was going to call me eventually! Then she said we can come out tomorrow 8:30 to 9:00 a.m.

I have to work to pay them $160.00 an hour for just coming out and me (customer) being the one calling them (business) to check on appointment. Customer has to re-arrange work schedule to accommodate their appointment (their schedule) with a less then a 24hr. notice. Then I said I was going to check because Im working. Carol called me back less than five minutes and asked. So do you want us to come out or not because I’m about to close here in a little bit and I need to know. So now I need hurry up and
Accommodate the business again. As a customer now you have to be the one accommodating them and pay them too.

I asked to speak to some one about this issue and the Owner gets on phone, to my surprise owner was just as bad as employee and told me to come on and make it short because she has other customer waiting! So now I’m also a burden to the business!

This is not how you do business! So you get what you pay for! So be ready to be the scheduler, coordinator, to be on their time, not your time... and pay them too!
and hoping you don’t get into an issue because their customer service from employee and Owner is horrible!

Frank is a first class pro. Needed a gas line put in for gas cooktop installation. He came out quickly to provide an estimate of the work. His estimate for the work was very fair and he returned as promised on Monday with Emmanuel his helper. They completed the job in one day. Super hard worker, very honest, and is now my go-to Plumber. Will have him out to install the gas cooktop and fix a couple other issues at the house. A great plumber and a good man.

They are non responsive and won't return calls. We've asked multiple times for a detailed bill yet they charged my amount. I see that as very shady. I will never recommend or use them again. I will also tell my homeowners insurance about this! Would of given 0 stars but only allowed to give as low as a 1.

We had a great experience with KMP Plumbing. During the phone call, Rachel expressed sincere concern about our problem. She even called us after hours. The communication was excellent, I received a text and a call. Henry came out and was knowledgeable and able to repair the issue. He was a great combination of professional and personable. I will not hesitate to call KMP Plumbing with a future need.
