John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

Billy's responsiveness, integrity, and workmanship are top notch. He was able to get the Salon Building's gas leak repaired in less time than anyone else quoted. I couldn't be more than happy with Russell Plumbing and the gentlemen they sent out to my home to take care of a few things (replace outdoor faucets and quote other projects in the home). Terry and Nathan arrived as schedule, uninstalled old kitchen single basin sink, installed new double basin kitchen sink, and did all the necessary plumbing and reattachment of garbage disposal. Great job! Both young men were very meticulous about their work, great attitudes and personalities.

I met with Jack on Friday as we scoped out a minor room renovation for the home of my recently deceased parents. I wanted to raise the existing water heater ~3 inches and install a drain pan with exterior drain. Jack indicated this would be an easy job and 2 young men arrived and completed the job in ~1 hour with $90 materials. Imagine my shock when billed over $1300... and then Jack spoke with my contractor and reduced it to $726 (still >$300/hr - highway robbery!). I would never work with this company again or recommend them to anyone.

The house was replumbed for the new gas line. I couldn't have asked for a better group of men to be working inside and outside the house. Respectful of property, me, and one another; clean, efficient, pleasant and although a very long day, their attitudes were exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
