I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. Fixed our issues after taking one look they knew what the problem was. If we ever need plumbing work or need to refer out, definitely will ask for Terry/Nathan.

DO NOT USE This company. You WILL BE taken advantage of and severely over charged. I used this company not only at work once but for my home and was taken advantage of twice.First of all I'm not working much but the day I had to be in the office is the day they were gonna come out and I let it known I wanted to be home so I could see and hear the diagnosis and get an estimate because during this covid-19 situation finances are a huge concern. I told them any time after 1pm was a good time and I would be home.Sure enough no one listened and I get a call while I'm at work that they are on the way so I panic and start calling fiends:family to come over. Very inconvenient. My issues was a clogged toilet and I didn't have a snake at home, also a small leak behind the seal in the back. The guy wasn't there long bases off what my friend told me wh I had called to go to my house, also I WAS NEVER called to hear what was wrong and if I wanted them to replace the cause of the issues instead the work was just done and the gentleman left. No call no nothing no invoice left. So then I get a call today that the work was $425, are you freaking kidding me!? For what...oh to unclog the toilet and replace the. Flange. I know what the part of the pipe does and how much it costs I had it repaired multiple times through out my old house. Clearly they took advantage of me because I have had worse issues and never paid over $275. It's sad that when I talked to the gentleman and the owner about this situation and that I didn't appreciate the fact that no one listened nor kept me in the loop about the issues and what the financial part looked like and just did it and expected me to pay was ridiculous. The worker said oh well once we get in there we just do it and the customers pay.um no sir that's not the way things work and that is a sorry excuse. I called the owner then and what a disappointment that was, he was NOTany better and his lack of professionalism about the entire situation was absurd. The policy according to him is what the previous worker said they Just get in there and do the work and expect the bill paid without communicating financial aspects of things. I never received any voice or written receipt of what they did nor did I sign anything. They are out of their minds if they think they will continue to get away with this kind of service and treatment to their customers. Save your money people DO NOT CALL JOYNER you're better off calling roto rooter or some other plumbing service!

Great service. Our technician thoroughly explained why there was two different clean out pipes and which one was what. After a few minutes, he was all done. He even put a rubber cap on the pipe to keep snakes out. Fair price and quick service. Thanks!

Berkeys is a First Class company ... they responded on the same day when I had an unfortunate leak from an ice machine in my kitchen. Their customer service is top notch from the person that I talked to on the phone in the morning to request an emergency same day service appointment and to the technician that showed up that afternoon to address and fix the issue ... Great Job Berkeys!!

I called to have Maintance done on my AC unit and after the technician came out and looked at it Andrew was honest and upfront and I asked him what it would be to just replace my unit and he gave me a ball park number and I asked for a estimator to come out from AirCo and it was quick schedule and then Craig came out and took a look and gave me more then one option to choose from which was great. I highly recommend this company to anyone. Everyone from the company has been polite and professional.

We were extremely impressed by ATSB Plumbing... he worked fast and was incredibly personable. We called because we had a back up in our system... not only is that fixed, but he also helped with two other problems we had (a running toilet and low water pressure in a guest bath sink). I was expecting to spend twice as much as I actually did. I cannot explain how pleasantly surprised we were with Stacey. When we called, the lady asked us how we had found them. When we replied Google, she asked if we had seen the Google discount they were running. My husband said no and she proceeded to tell us that if we mention the Google discount, we would receive 10% off. She didn't have to tell us that. Great couple, great company.

He found out what was wrong and the repairs were out of his field. Thought that $204 for 30 minutes to only tell us what the problem was was a little much. However , very polite and neat.

I recently had a water heater repair done by this company, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and efficient, and had my unit up and running again in no time. I can now enjoy hot showers again without worrying about any issues or malfunctions.

A good, trust-worthy plumber is difficult to find. We had a slab leak under our home and we are extremely pleased we selected Express Master Plumbing, a family business.Jayson, with 20 years plumbing experience, serviced our needs. He located the source of the leak and had to jack-hammer thru the foundation to the copper pipe. They repaired the leak with a new, special expandable tubing which would solve any freezing problem. They sealed the hole by filling it with concrete. All of this was done in about 5 hours and in a very professional manner including their clean-up.
We highly recommend EXPRESS MASTER PLUMBING for any of your plumbing needs.

My first experience with Direct Source plumbing was great. Wes Hart was very trustworthy and professional. I originally thought I had two issues, an outside leak just past the meter and a possible inside leak under the slab. I was expecting the worst! Wes took time to thoroughly assess the issues and explain the potential repair scenarios. He worked quickly to repair the outside issue. He then diagnosed that I didn't have a slab leak after all. I've had other plumbers who would have taken advantage of the situation and misled me into paying for repairs that I didn't need. I appreciate the integrity and honesty of Wes and Direct Plumbing!

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
