Best Water Heater Repairs And Installations in Fort Worth TX

This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.

First of all $500 for something that didn’t even take an hour is outrageous. I had a leaking outdoor faucet and I was given an initial quote that I was okay with paying only to find out after the work began that there would be an additional fee. That is very unprofessional because the faucet was already removed. So if I would have said no then I would be stuck with a removed pipe and once the water was turned back on it would spew with no way of stopping it. And on top of that I would be paying $75 for a coming out fee. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Adding additional fees after the work begins leaves the customer stuck and not in a place to say no.

Please add my name to the impressively long list of satisfied Fischer & Boone Plumbing customers. My brief but satisfying business experience with Fischer & Boone Plumbing took place on Thursday, October the 26th.
Things started when I called the F & B office shortly 8 in the morning to make an appointment to have my annoyingly faulty, master bedroom toilet looked at and repaired. A young sounding lady by the name of Stacey (with a delightful phone voice) took my call and arrangements were made to have a plumber dispatched to my residence between the hours of 3 to 5 P.M. on that same day. But Stacey went on to state that there was a possibility that one of their plumbers might be able to get to my home earlier than the 3 to 5 P.M. scheduled window time. As it turned out, she was correct. I received a call from her in the early afternoon informing me that one of her plumbers could get to my place within the hour. Stacey asked me if the moved up in arrival would be okay with me? Of course I told her that it would be. So around 1:30, a Fischer & Boone plumber appeared at my front door. He was a amiable guy named Jim. And with his professional expertise, fixing my toilet was mere child's play for Jim. Inside of 15 minutes, my faulty toilet was good as new!

Although plumber Jim was only at my house for a short period of time, I enjoyed talking to him. He was a down to earth guy in his mid-fifties.
Hopefully, I won't have anymore plumbing problems again anytime soon. But if I do, I know who to call (Fischer & Boone Plumbing).

I was pleased with the excellent customer service provided by this plumber service. They were responsive to my inquiries, provided a detailed estimate, and fixed the issue in my home promptly and efficiently.

I was recently referred to Molberg Plumbing and was very impressed by their communication, response time, and pricing. I hired them to fix a shower leak and a hose bib at my house and am happy to report that both of my problems were fixed today. I can't say enough good things about the owner and the plumber who both took the time to walk me through each step of the repairs so that I knew what was happening at all times. I was also very happy with the price and will definitely be using them for all of my future plumbing needs.

Blue Diamond Plumbing was an amazing a service provider. The owner, Cameron, came out to do the repair with his colleague and was flexible with my work schedule to ensure customer satisfaction. Highly recommend Peerless Plumbing Company Fort Worth! We had a huge ordeal with a clogged drain and leaking pipe, but Joseph and his team were there right away to help us out! They were prompt and friendly, and carefully explained every step of the process. The fix was fast and very reasonably priced. This company knows how to take care of their customers!

Long time customers of Lasiter. Had our annual Loyalty Walk today with a new technician/plumber Michael. Like our long time service coordinator Gary, Michael was really great...prompt..courteous..thorough. Helped locate and repair some trouble spots before they could cause real problems.

We spent $1200 getting the hot water heater up to code using Witt. A service man, Anthony performed the work and ever since there have been several leaks, none of which existed prior to Anthony's visit. He always passes the blame and now, once again, after having a 2nd leak at the thermostat, he blamed someone else for having over tightened it.

When we called him back out the first time, he said he did us a favor by not getting the city out to inspect it as it wold have prolonged the repair by a couple of days. I said, we paid you to fix it, not cut corners. We didn't ask nor give permission to cut corners, I'm sure the city would like to know. That's when he decided to go ahead and fix the leak he caused.

Anthony has been the only to ever service this unit since it was installed 10 years ago and He says that I am just trying to get something for nothing. I said you were paid to bring it to code and leave it working properly and safely as it did before he came out.

Service was better than I expected. Service man was friendly and very friendly and helpful. I will use them again. This is a great company to trust your pumping needs with.

BEWARE!! I had a service that was under warranty, but was charged.The technician called his Service Manager Ricardo, which informed him I would receive a credit in a few days.I waited a few days and called the office, Monica told me once again it would take a few more days..I waited and still no refund. I called once again, Monica told me once again I needed to wait, I told her I needed to talk to Ricardo, left several messages ..No one calls you back.. Airco promised me a refund on a service that was under warranty..BUT RIPS YOU OFF.. the people I the office lies tells you it's in the mail..BEWARE.. I will be calling the BBB and my bank on a shady company..
