Trey and Danny were very professional and polite. We discussed repairs needed and final cost of repairs were provided prior to any work performed . In all I had 4-1/4 turn shut of valves installed and a leaky sink pipe repaired! Definitely recommend using Service Squad for any plumbing issues!

John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

Billy's responsiveness, integrity, and workmanship are top notch. He was able to get the Salon Building's gas leak repaired in less time than anyone else quoted. I discovered on a Friday night at 8:30 p.m., I had a pipe gushing water. I decided it was to late to call anyone so my neighbor shut the water down at the street. He suggested I call Fort Worth Plumbing Pros , which I did first thing Saturday morning. They were wonderful, scheduling our tech to come out and see what was going on. The plumber was at my home in no time, pleasant, concerned. Explaining exactly what my problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. Within a short time he had it up and running and even installed a shut off valve I can actually get to. It's Easter weekend and they didn't even charge an emergency fee. I can tell you I will never use another plumber other then Fort Worth Plumbing Pros . And suggest them to anyone who wants an Honest, Reliable, Respectful and Reasonably priced company to deal with. And an extra Thank You to all for saving the weekend. What an exemplary employee!

On Tuesday July 26, 2022 we called Mr. Rooter because of a clogged drain in our kitchen. I explained to your technician, Brett, that we had a clog and he suggested running a cable in the drain to unclog it. Brett ran the cable all the way out once and back and told me that there was grease in the drain. I asked if he could run the cable again and he told me that it would not remedy the problem because the cable would just go through the clog and the clog would reseal once the cable was retracted. He billed us $365.50 and left as quickly as he arrived. All we had to show for our time was a invoice that stated:

Clogged island sink. Ran cable attempting to remove blockage. Ran 75ft. Pulled back cable, incased in grease over 40ft of cable. No foot
vent installed. Recommend treating with sizzle or finding a company that will hydro jet from the interior. Unable to clear grease.

We did as he suggested to no avail. We called one of your competitors to hydro jet the same area. They advised against using hydro jetting because of the possible mess and hazard that it would create. They wanted to use a cable too but I was reluctant because of what I was told by Brett. Nevertheless, they convinced us to try the cable again and were able to clear the drain. The new plumber asked, Why did the first guy only run the cable one time? I now have the same question. We paid for a service and only received half effort, excuses and disappointment. I am so angry that we went four days without access to our kitchen sink only because of your technician's lack of effort.

By far the best plumbing experience I ever had. It is not even close. I had a serious slab leak and was unable to make progress with 2 prior plumbers. I received an upfront quote on a reroute around the problem that didn't require jack hammering through the interior slab. Chris and Devin knocked it out of the park and on price. Very professional, on time and they listen to your needs and explain things so well. My repair required wall access and that can be scary for a homeowner but Chris made efficient, perfect cutouts and my painter complimented them saying they were clean, perfect and he can make it look like it never happened. I cannot recommend Clearwater Plumbers enough. Thank you!

Called All Needz to have a gas line installed for a range. They did a great job, but when we installed the range we discovered the it didn’t slide back all the way due to the line. We called All Needz to let them know and they quickly sent someone out to fix the issue at no additional charge. Justin was friendly, responsive, and more than willing to ensure the job was done right. Great service!!

Fast and quick service

Alek was the plumber that arrived and was very professional and very thorough in explaining the issues. He gave options of how to fix the issues without being too pushy and was prompt to be able to give quotes before doing the work. Definitely will use service plumbing company again and hope to have Alek next time!
