Curtis was very professional, courteous and on time. He took the time to answer my questions and explained the warranty terms as well as the recommended steps that I would need to take in the future. The installation is good and I am very happy with his work. This is the second installation Benjamin Franklin has done for me, the first being in 2007. Never had an issue. I had a slight smell of gas and Joe Azcona immediately came out and assured me there was no danger of fire or explosion. He promptly fixed the problem. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. Had problems replacing the filter in the attic, so they can out to fix it. The guy was nice, polite and friendly. Showed him the issue and he made the adjustments in a few minutes. I will have to see if its enough the next time I need to change the filter again. :-)

It's a good plumbing company they doing everything right they're the best

My son broke our shower handle off during a storm. Other plumbers wouldn’t come out because of the weather but Michael, the faucet master from SWAT was there in just a couple hours. He then used some wizardry to fix the valve without busting up our tile. SWAT sent someone fast and when I was in a pinch and had the right guy to do the job. Big fan, very satisfied customer.

I had an electrical issue I couldn't diagnose as many breakers were popping. The electricians were great but it was a very unusual issue and we finally figured out it was from a line coming into the house and we contacted Air County Electric (my service provider). It was a rusted out neutral in the big green box that was causing so many issues. One of the electricians stayed around till Tri County was finished to make sure everything worked good.
