Plumbers who came out were very nice. Were training a new person who stepped through our ceiling in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. We were understanding until it came time for them to repair the ceiling. First time we were told someone would be coming. No one showed up. Second time we were told someone would be coming. No one showed up. Third time someone came out to look at the damage, then came out a different day to do the repair. (I work nights, so time awake during my sleep, husband having to be off from work to be home with work crew). Then when its finally all said and done, we start getting nasty messages from the office person named Lanie about we need to pay our invoice TODAY! So it is now 10pm (my time), I paid their $2150 for the work they did and am out about that much for missing work. So just be real careful when using them.

This company is top notch! Very professional, provided the service agreed to in a timely manner. When my pipes burst during a winter storm, they were the first to respond and help and then quoted the job competitively for repairs. They show up on time, go above and beyond to ensure the highest quality, and are respectful and professional from the initial phone call to the completion of the project. I highly recommend Peerless Plumbing Company. I wish I could utilize them for all home improvement needs.

Extremely unprofessional, paid bobby’s son to do a job, I paid him because he said he finished job, he wasn’t finished, has now confirmed 6 different times that he would show up to finish, no shows each time, definitely do not recommend these clowns.

Elvis was a polite and professional technician that performed a complete HVAC systems check. Afterwards he sat down with me explaining his checklist and findings. In the future I will ask for him by name.

I recently used American Leak Detection for both my residence and pool. Both technicians were professional and courteous taking the time to explain to me what they were doing and the results they identified. Scheduling the appointment was really easy and the office staff was very friendly and efficient doing a great job with communication from scheduling the appointment, billing and follow up with a detailed report explaining the findings and providing recommended repairs and transparent pricing.

This is not a real company. The phone number listed is answered by Home Advisors. It took this guy longer to look up a plumber in my city than I Googled myself while on the phone with him.

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
