Best Sump Pump Installations And Repairs in Fort Worth TX

This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.
Will update once repairs are made.

Third time our Church has used Sanders Plumbing for a big job. This time had a major leak in a long run underground water main to one of our buildings. Phil Sanders (owner) worked closely with us to find best and still economical way to get the big job done. Went above and beyond making sure that we would have method to trace piping in future as needed. Always friendly and helpful on phone. On-site workers always great to work with. This time a race against cold weather and they came through for us!

Well of course Im going to give them 5 stars. They are the best forget the rest!

I worked with a plumber from this company not too long ago, and they did a great job. They were on time, worked quickly, and knew a lot about installing water heaters.

Called and L&L responded on a Sat afternoon in an hour to repair a sewer break that two other plumbers found infinite number of reasons why they were not be able to address the problem. In less than 2 hrs later sewer break repaired correctly and mess was gone.... Migel was one time willing to engage, located break in sewer line, dug it out and repaired break in line and solved the problem...

Worst ever experience :( I reported faucet water leak in master bath thru home warranty. The technician did not even touch the faucet after i showed him the leak and stated that i made leak to happen and warranty rejected the claim. He just insisted that there may be underlying plumbing problems even though when i requested to atleast try changing the top portion of faucet if that helps. To me issue seemed was with faucet stem outer ring. But he just said he cant touch and SWAT wont be liable for damages.I felt he wanted to just get away with payment without doing work (of course it was less money thru home warranty) and make me sign the paperwork.My first and worst experience with SWAT. I wouldnt recommend them.
