Amazing company On both sides!!! The restoration and plumbing company worked very well as a team to help me with my plumbing repairs and secondary damage!!!!

This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.

The two technicians who serviced my house were very professional. They explained the recommendated repairs and the cost first, then promptly completed the repairs. My one issue with using the company was with the scheduling and communication. I was told they would arrive between 9:30-10:30am, but by 11:00am no one had arrived or called. After a few phone calls, I was told they were 10-15 minutes away; however, it was 30 minutes before one arrived and the other was over an hour later. At one point I talked to the person who had scheduled my time and he admitted that he’d entered an 11:00-12:00 arrival window instead of what he told me. My impression of his tone was “oops” and not an appreciation of wasting my time. Fortunately the technicians’ professionalism left my overall experience as a positive one.

Had an issue with the drain pipe behind my washing machine overflowing. Woodie Woods came out the next morning and snaked my whole drain line and made it good as new. They were super friendly and informative while they were here. The lowest cost option as well from when I called around. Had Roto Rooter come out and fix a problem prior to this and my bedroom ended up in an inch of water. So I'm a Woodie Woods customer for good!

P & P came out to our home very quickly after a call about an inspection. Extremely fast service and we had a fantastic plumber that helped us out.

Leak Geeks guys Steve and Derek came out within the hour and fixed our leak quickly. The guys were very courteous and explained everything before and after the repair. I would recommend these guys and would not hesitate to use them again the next time.

Had a great experience with SWAT plumbing. Carlos was very professional and showed us exactly what he fixed and took pictures of it too to show us. We’ve definitely had bad experiences with plumbers assigned to us from our Home Warranty but I will ask to use them again.

The Tioga technicians were able to quickly identify and fix the problem with my gas lamps that another plumbing/electric company was not able to fix. Mundo and the other technician were on time, professional, know what they were doing and worked quickly. I highly recommend them.
