John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

Billy's responsiveness, integrity, and workmanship are top notch. He was able to get the Salon Building's gas leak repaired in less time than anyone else quoted. My wife and I have recently purchased a home in Bedford and soon after moving in we found a crack in the line from the home to the city sewer and rotos had grown in causing it to back up. Patrick McConnell from Mr. Rooter plumbing diagnosed the problem and ALSO performed the repair.
We were pleased with his professional demeanor and friendly nature. What was more impressive was his willingness to show us what was happening and the fact that he DUG ALL HIS OWN HOLES! Wow! This guy worked hard!

Timely business, quality work, however hired them 18 months ago to do same the exact job but this time their price jumped 30%. I asked why, worker claimed inflation yet he said his pay hasn’t changed. Disappointed that businesses are taking advantage of their customers, I’d understand if they needed to order parts but this is just price gauging. Plenty of competition will take my business elsewhere.

I can’t recommend Service Company Plumbing enough! We had them out this week as Part 2 of a major home repair, and they made the process a breeze from start to finish! Mike (the owner) was super helpful in explaining what repairs needed to be done, and his estimate of the cost was spot-on; Jonathan kept in communication with us and made sure we were being taken care of; and Elijah (who did the actual work) was awesome, worked quickly, efficiently, and kept us appraised of what he was doing the entire time. It’s SO hard to find a reliable and honest plumber, but we will be using Service Company Plumbing for all our future needs. I’ve used Hawk Plumbing twice in the last six months (first was to have my water heater replaced, second was to have a broken hose bib fixed). I had an emergency shower faucet repair. The facuet would not turn off, water continually running. After receiving a few no availability today from emergency plumbing repair business some even as long as Monday before repairs could be seen. I contacted this service and they were responsive and came the same day. Once they arrived, they began the assessment and provide my quote for the repair.
He was straightforward on the pricing and timeframe to complete. I will consider for future plumbing needs.

These guys will OVERCHARGE YOU! They gave me an estimate of $1200 for the SAME JOB that a different company gave for $350! I obviously had the other company fix the problem and they did an excellent job. Avoid McCalman if you like saving your hard earned money!
